I have purchased from their stand in Ideal Home exhibition in London a Red Berry Twig Tree for £30 when I got home the upper part lights were not working.
I have phoned and send number of emails requesting replacement or refund but they ignored me.
Not trustworthy unprofessional!!!!

Very happy with the service received from this company, I ordered a fountain as a birthday present and used the online chat facility to check that it would arrive in time - the fountain arrived safely, earlier than I was advised, so in very good time for the day. I would recommend this company.

The service was poor... and just deteriorated into farce.

If there was a way not to do it, this was it.

If there was a demonstration of lack of customer care, this was it.

If there was a total lack of empathy & understanding, this was it.

With many other Garden Centres & Cafes in the area it's now time to vote with our feet... walk away.

The new canopy for the gazebo fits perfectly and looks excellent. It is to replace the original which has served me well for over 5 years. It fits the suntime aluminium gazebo and will be in situ from April to Oct.
Sefton Meadoes Garden Centre are highly recommended for excellent communication and speedy delivery of products.

The curtains for the Luxor Deluxe swing seat were easy to find and order and were delivered ahead of expectations. They are excellent quality and I would highly recommend Sefton Meadows Garden Centre.

Very disappointed all round, the product was poor in the quality of the finish. I was happy to put up with that but, all l wanted was to sit out when it was nice weather, I’m disabled walk with 2 sticks. Very dismissive of your side of things and never did come back to our last email. I’m in hospital now and have been for the last two weeks. Many thanks.
