Very happy with purchases and quick delivery service!

If I wasn’t so ill and old I would pursue this matter to the courts because I feel so upset.
A few weeks ago I began searching online for a sun lounger that would be suitable for me. I can no longer sit without pain, but I can lie down.
This garden centre was advertising a sunlounger with measurements of 210 x 76 x 56 / 102 cm. The measurements quoted did not specify which part of the sunlounger matched each measurement so I telephoned the garden centre customer service department and spoke with a polite woman who said that she thought that the measurements are usually length , width and height and I agreed. I told her that I needed the extra height in order for me to be able to safely get on and off the sun lounger. She said that she hoped that when it arrived, it would be perfect for me, but if there were any problems, it could be returned and I thanked her very much.
The enormous box containing the sun lounger eventually arrived from China and I contacted a local handyman to come and put it together for me.£40.
The handyman confirmed that the height would not be apparent until he had assembled it and despite it stating’ minimum assembly required’, it was complex to assemble. And of course once he finished he measured it for me.
210 x 59 x 33 cm. I was so upset and disappointed that it was so low because it meant that it was no good for me.
I have emailed the company several times and despite my ill health and age they have finally said that if it is returned to them in its original box disassembled and at my own cost they might refund me.
I have explained that it would be impossible for me to do that given my age and poor health ( 73 and so crippled by rheumatoid arthritis that I can only walk a few steps now.)
If I employed someone to disassemble it and find a carrier to return it then costs involved would be prohibitive . I try hard to live on my pension but it’s not easy.
The district nurses removed the big heavy cardboard box it arrived in from China and it presented as a hazzard to me in my tiny bungalow. It was pulled apart in order to remove the components of the bed.
Trading Standards have advised me that because this bed is not the measurements stated in the advertisement then the company have a duty of care given my circumstances to refund me and arrange collection. I know they are right but I just have no fight left in me.
I have a tiny bit of decking out at the back now taken up by a rattan sun lounger that I can’t use.
I wonder if Mr Withers the owner of this garden centre realised how very upset I am?

They advertised garden fleece measuring 20mx1.5m on its website @£9.99.When we visited the centre the actual size of the product was 20mx1m,totally misleading and a complete waste of a journey.

We are very happy with our
patio furniture and think it's good value for money. We chose to collect from the store off Sefton Lane, where the staff were very helpful in getting the boxes into my car. I awarded 4 stars because the main office should have emailed me to tell me of delivery, but didn't.
