Order not processed!
I was asked to review an item I hadn't received. When I rang to enquire I was told that the order had never been passed on to the provider. Person I spoke to didn't seem very sorry and now you have reminded that I haven't reviewed the item. Poor customer service.

Lack of Response
I ordered a replacement Gazebo roof which arrived sooner that expected, which was pleasant surprise, but I sent an email enquiring about a statement on the website that said that once the item was opened it could not be returned. This concerned me because obviously I couldn't try the roof without opening it, and with the current weather conditions, it was, and is, impractical to try the roof. Because I had no reply to my email addressing my concerns I have given 3 stars.

My large mirror was smashed in transit
My large mirror was smashed in transit. I received a refund but it was left for me to dispose of the mirror, it was extremely heavy and I’m 79 years old. They refused to collect the mirror and would not compensate me for getting rid of it. I wasn’t impressed.

I cannot believe it is a £59.99 delivery charge for a small garden table and chairs, needless to say I emptied my shopping basket.

Hi Roger. Sorry you decided not to purchase. We offer delivery rates based on your postcode location and the item size. We charge from as little as £2.99 for small items and £59.99 for a 2 man delivery. Unfortunately this is what carrier companies charge. No profiteering, just the reality of delivery costs. If you can let me know the item you were looking at we can see if that charge is correct or not. We want to be transparent about our service, we pay Trustpilot so people can leave feedback and that feedback be unbiased and honest so other customers can make balanced decisions about buying from us and to help us improve.

Small problem but was sorted asap...
Ordered a bistro set which came really quickly..I really liked it unfortunately a tile had become loose in transit...I immediately got intouch explained my problem and was offered a discount..which I accepted...my husband fixed the tile table was as good as new..so very happy with how quickly everything was sorted...
