It's a few years since visiting garden center + cafe - shop has improved however didn't have a good experience in cafe - on the plus side coffee was great but eggs benadict was awful bacon rock hard + bun not toasted also very small stale scone- staff helpful + I asked very nicely if they would feedback to kitchen - I then left my husband I n cafe which was not busy to go + shop plants etc after 10mins he texted me from car to say he was made to feel uncomfortable by twice being asked if he wanted to order something else- so won't be returning which is a shame

I paid £37.95p for this snowman and snowdog globe and after only 3 years it looks horrible. The snow has turned pinkish and stained the snowman. It has been in normal home conditions and not even in the sun at all. It is appalling that something costing this much should be so poor and degrade so quickly. I am really angry about this as it was a present for my partner and now it is only fit to go in the refuse bin. I'm sure you can imagine I am extremely unlikely to buy anything like this from Sefton Meadows Garden Centre ever again. In fact, I doubt I'll be buying anything like this from a garden centre again. I'll just stick to buying plants. I have sent this complaint to Sefton Garden centre and they have not even bothered to reply let alone try to put matters right. What an appalling business!

Really happy with my purchase well packaged

I was told that this Christmas order would only arrive in late January.
Today I received my order on 27th January 2025.

They wouldn't post to my address, so refunded me.

I wanted to say that I did have a truly awful Christmas Tree
I have made it known what I did think about it.
However after sending a letter to the Director of the company I have received a full refund.
I have to give the company credit for doing so
Also maybe next year they won't be selling this type of artificial tree to any more customers.
It isn't worth it .

Ordered 3 weeks ago.still not received item.no explanation for delay.

Never received the order. Ordered Christmas lights. Chasing order in January. Not impressed.

I ordered my items on line , they arrived in the shop as arranged and I was called to pick them up .

Speedy delivery of the goods ordered

I’d been looking for a Christmas tapestry for a long time. The one I purchased was well made, perfect size and a great price. Easy to order, great communication and delivered quickly. Will definitely be using them again.

First class service. We saw this outdoor tree at another garden centre. Came home and found it at Sefton Meadows online for literally half price. We bought it and it was delivered free of charge within a few days. Excellent service.

Ordered a Thomas Kinkade LED tapestry. Payment was taken. A few days later I was sent a message to say that 'the warehouse' couldn't find the item. I did get a refund, but would rather have had the order. It was an unusual item and it wasn't easy to find a replacement. I was very annoyed by the ridiculous excuse for not delivering it. If the staff couldn't find what I ordered they should have looked harder.

Customer service was excellent. Product I purchased had fault it was dealt with straight away. I cannot recommend highly enough
