When making the booking you choose between a AM & PM slot, I assumed that would be 9am for AM and 1pm for PM, anyway booked a PM slot, 2 weeks before the day I get an email with the time 5PM, rang the company and asked if I can change to an earlier slot they tell me the day is completely full (which is fair enough) but if I want to change days it costs an extra £10 per person, why not let me pick a tune when I purchased the ticket? Or at least get the time the day I booked it, very poor service don’t understand why companies still think they can get away with stuff like this. If your looking at segway use a different company there are lots to choose from.
Bad Experience
Had the worst experience with this company. My booking was cancelled TWICE! Got a refund for the first cancelled event but was advised that I can't get a refund the second time?! Had booked this as a surprise birthday gift but was told just a few hours before the event was due to start that it was cancelled which left me no time to arrange for another activity!
Broke my back & they agreed to extend voucher
I broke my back in an accident so asked if they would move my voucher into next year once my back had healed. Their kind & understanding customer services agreed to extend.
