Have been a patient at this clinic for about 2 years and it’s amazing. It’s a clean modern clinic in an excellent location. The receptionist always gives a warm welcome and flexible scheduling. The dental professionals are always super accommodating and give you a lot of information during the procedures to make you feel comfortable and secure. I always recommend this clinic to all my friends and will continue to do so.

I was for the first time visiting dentist in Denmark, and traditionally extremely scared of being treated in general.
Now I can say it’s the best experience you can get, it’s really 100% no pain even at injection, and doctors really cares a lot!
So I’m deeply thankful :)

I have been with Monica at Storkespringvandet for two years and wouldn't go anywhere else in Copenhagen at this point. She is very friendly and gentle, always takes a lot of time to explain what she is doing and to make sure I am feeling okay. I don't particularly like going to the dentist (who does...) but this is as pleasant an experience as you can hope for.

I visited Dr Agnetha after a bad experience abroad. As probably many of you, I was scared about visiting a dentist again and having another disappointment. Dr Agnetha and the sweet assistent Barbara were simply amazing. I felt heard, I felt like all the suggestions matched what I was looking for without leading me to any unnecessary treatments. I trusted them right away and that’s exactly how you should feel when seeking for medical support. I came back and I’m sure I’ll always come back when needed because I’ve been so well taken care of by everyone there.
The place is also English friendly in case, like me, your danish is still in progress 😊 I can only recommend!

As always the dentist and his assistant are very professional. They are happy to speak in English and make you feel comfortable and explain you what they are doing. I highly recommend Tandlægerne på Frederiksberg.

Diar and Alex both are the best dental care I have ever experienced! Professional, courteous very gentle both did a great job and such great caring attitude and friendly staff made me feel like one family I would highly recommend to anyone I really enjoyed being there..looking forward for the next appointment for sure thanks you so much!

I needed to get two teeth extracted in order to get an orthodontist treatment. I was really scared and nervous, especially since i had to remove two perfectly healthy teeth. However the experience was so much better than expected mainly because the dentist - Diar Aydin and her team were so nice and comforting, they explained me every step of the procedure, talked to me during the procedure, hold my hand and made sure I don’t feel anything! The recovery went very smooth for me too, I almost didn’t have any pain ❤️ Thank you very much all and especially Diar for the smooth work! 🤘

I've had a very good experience with Katrine as my lead dentist during my invisalign journey. She explained every step very clearly and I always knew what to expect. She also helped a lot in soothing my nerves as I tend to get nervous at the dentist. The process itself was in general very straightforward, other than the discomfort of wearing the aligners for the first time for about a week, there was no significant discomfort and pain throughout my invisalign journey. I'm overall happy to have worked with BetterSmile for my new smile ☺️

We’re all aware that visit at the dentist in Copenhagen is rather expensive. But if you want to make your visit worth all the money - this is the place to be! The most professional and reliable care.
After many years spent at a dentist in another clinic, and honestly being traumatized with the process of anesthesia (some clinics don’t care that it’s often the most scary and painful process that leaves trauma!) I can honestly say that I’m no longer afraid of going to the dentist. My dentist, Coral Nakku, has made it all manageable and gentle for me that I couldn’t even feel the needle. And that’s just one of the things that specialists in this clinic take care of so well. I’ve been a client for a year now and wouldn’t change it for any other place!

After a very slow process which lasted a few months, my treatment plan was cancelled. It was a huge waste of time dealing with BetterSmile. The technician who first handled my case left the company and I was offered to move to another branch of their clinic. Then they wanted me to start the process all over, even though I was there for checkups already two times and had approved the 3D model and signed the agreement forms. The two so called checkups (which I paid 2.880kr but were so called "free") were just photos of my teeth... then they wanted me to go get another (actual dentist) check up which I have to pay for but then it will be "free" later on after a deduction, and they wanted my own dentist to take responsibility if something goes wrong with a problematic back tooth I had operation on previously. My dentist had confirmed that the tooth is fine and Invisalign treatment will not be an issue. Nevertheless, these so called "experts" in BetterSmile wanted to proceed with the treatment but have the responsibility of it transfered to my dentist. What?! This is what you are paid for - to know and make decisions if the treatment is safe, not just take people's money and then blame someone else if things go wrong. Not only did they keep wasting my time by wanting me to go to check up, after check up...after check up... but take no responsibility of the outcome. I will be going to one of the many other clinics in Copenhagen which offer such services but definitely won't recommend BetterSmile to anyone.

I had to have a crown placed on an existing filling / rootcanal. Although I would never have known, my dentist said that the crown they made was not up to her standards, and she placed it as a temporary crown and asked me to come back to make a new one. Two weeks later I was there again, and she was happy with the second crown they made. Of course I did not have to pay for the first treatment and the first crown. During my second visit, she explained everything once again, apologised for the inconvenience, and to top it off they did not charge me for the anesthetic, of which I had plenty. So in short, absolutely trustworthy, professional, reasonable and honest. Thumbs-up to the dentists and the dental assistant.

I am in general very nervous about dentist visits, and especially so when I recently had to have my wisdom teeth removed. But it turned out to not be a bad experience at all! It went very well - quick, completely pain free and very professional and kind staff. I highly recommend this place, will definitely go there for future visits! :)

I had my wisdom tooth removal surgery with Søren. It was a totally pleasant experience. My wisdom tooth was in a very tricky position. Many dentists had suggested to remove this tooth, but I refused --I was just scared. Until I saw the highly positive reviews of Søren, I decided to give it a try. As described in many reviews, Søren was super nice, gentle and highly skilled. When i was lying there, I was a bit nervous but also felt safe. I was impressed how fast he was doing the surgery, it took much shorter time than I expected. The wound recovered well, no pain and no extra bleeding in the whole process.

I suffer from heavy fear of dentists and needles. Tandlægerne at Illum and Frederiksberg are by far the best and 100% painfree dentists I have ever tried. During my treatment this morning I didn't feel anything at all - not even the needle for the anaesthesia. On top of that, Søren and his team are extremely caring which makes the visit much easier. By far the best dentist in town!

Really good dentist. They have a nice office with modern equipment on top of Illum. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing, I’ve been there a couple of times and they always take good care of you, recommend treatments and let you know the price beforehand.

I really recommend them.
