Jerry did an excellent job of finding…

Jerry did an excellent job of finding me the best plan to fit my budget. He was informative, professional and friendly. It seems like the plan I chose will meet all of my needs. I was impressed that Select offered reduced rate plans for seniors and veterans.

Great Customer Service

I received great customer service today from Jake Hill while renewing our Select Home Warranty. He was very good to work with and explained everything very well. I look forward great service when and if my warranty is ever needed.

Home warranty

**** what a bunch of snakes. I cannot believe I fell for this . After being polite on the phone and quoting me one rate I was charged over $100 more the next day in addition to some other suspicious charges when I called to complain, they were extremely rude to me, said too bad. We're keeping at least $75. When I asked to speak to the manager the man said that he was in charge and he was the boss and he doesn't have a manager." Terrible.

I've used Select Home Warranty for many…

I've used Select Home Warranty for many years, and their customer service is very good. Also, even when a technician came to my house and couldn't fix my appliance, Select still tried to make it right by giving me options. I still plan on using their home warranty service in the future.

Jonathan, was courteous, up front with the costs and the made me feel very comfortable. Jonathan was also patient with me as he walked me through the steps to complete the transaction and at the same time he made me feel confident that I made the right decision.
