The policy cost is less compared to other vendors. The signing process was also very staright forward. Hope the service will be good as well for the policy period.

They I had pay for my own contractors because every one is booked I called 2 of there contractors and they said they are not working with select home warranty any more due to the fact they did not pay for the jobs that they have done for them so It's been almost 4 weeks and still not have and here it is 10/14 i had to get work done at m6 house so I had to scrape mo ey to pay for services at my residence I want to give them a 0 but it is not on the reviews boardv so if anyone get them for a home warranty company I say enter at your own risk

Wait time is bit long.

I had a couple service calls in the past year, and Select Home Warranty made it very easy, and though I most likely broke even, it was worth the expense.

I was with Choice Home Warranty for some time but lately had problems getting the essential coverage so I decided to switch to Select Home Warranty

Mark, worked hard to convince that if i resign up I won't be disappointed! I did have a major issue in 2024 with A/C and the service tech was not too expencied with what he was doing and not professional in a personal car and no name on his shirt and spoke broken English.
But I will give another year as a 2nd chance.

The rep I spoke with was very thorough and knowledgeable. Explained everything slowly and carefully. I hope my future experiences will be as good.
