The experience went as it should I felt comfortable and in control l, I didn’t feel like I was speaking to a salesman and everyone I spoke to was very helpful and professional.
I really liked talking to actual people where you could ask questions and there was a conversation. I felt taken care of and that their business was my satisfaction. And in the end I got a great price compared to other companies.
Price and not having to compare all companies on my own.
It started with Joel Clark and his listening to my situation and selecting an appropriate insurance company to provide a quote. The remainder of the process, due to it merely being an extension of an existing policy, was rather easy after that. I had previously attempted to do exactly that with another company, and it was not good, and did not yield results.
Everyone was very professional and quick in getting things done.
I was impressed with the customer service. Everyone was so helpful and efficient. They truly found the best life insurance to meet our needs and budget. I would definitely use them again.
Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable and took time to get me thru the process
Too many automated emails, or notifications. When speaking to the actual person and telling them the dates I had available and then getting several emails I between the phone call and the dates.
Rates were not the greatest but within reason and no explanation of why the rates increased.
Where do I begin? It was a 3 month nightmare. First I was given the wrong quote on the premium. So when I got the document to sign, I nearly fell over. I was told the premium would be about $25 more a month than what we pay now. But going from $175 every quarter to nearly $600 is NOT a mere $25 more a month. So that needed to be changed. Then it took 3 weeks for me to finish the online procedure because I could not access the website that the policy went to, which was Prudential. Which is really Prudential’s problem cause it’s there website so technical issues should be handled with them. I made multiple calls to Select Quote, saying I can’t complete the application on line. Find out that the info a Select Quote agent typed in was a typo and that is why it would not let me log in to finish the application with my birth date and last four numbers of my social. At this point I was really fed up and didn’t want to deal with the first agent I had, which was Francis, I believe. So they gave me Lydia. I find out when the nurse came for the medical evaluation she had the wrong address. I notified Lydia the address was wrong. Then I find out the name on the policy is spelled wrong and weeks later the address is still incorrect. I was to sign the policy as well (on line) because I’m the policy holder, nope my name was not on there. Then I was given another Select Quote agent, I think Mat. At this point 3 months later now all the mistakes and typos still haven’t been fixed so “I” contacted Prudential directly myself and got a real agent who then spent 3 days fixing everything and getting corporate to override certain changes, like name spelled wrong etc. It was a complete nightmare and I would never use Select Quote ever again. Right now I’m dealing directly with Prudential and because of this huge 3 month multi mistake mishap, I’m waiting for the other shoe to fall cause there is still an issue. Their computer shows banking information, but I never gave them my banking info. So I’m waiting for them to catch up to the final mistake so we can correct it.
Straight forward approach to obtaining my desired insurance needs
The communication was average when I had questions.
After my visiting nurse and blood draw, urine test I was simply astounded how much trouble there was with paperwork. I certainly hope the situation improves!
Simple and always kept me informed of what the status was with the application and process.
All of the people we worked with from the initial call, through the medical examination and ultimately to the final resolution through the final issuance of a life policy, were professional, helpful, and efficient. I appreciated all of their assistance.
This was so much easier than I expected it to be.i highly recommend select quote. They got me an excellent policy for less thanI expected and for a longer term. Thank you.
