Great price and service

Great price on most items. Good service however you need to know what you want as well as the set up details to the cpap devices.

Further to my previous response, I wanted to add that upon reviewing your account, you acknowledged that you were indeed refunded on time. However, the negative feedback you left here is unfairly damaging our reputation, considering this new information.

This is not true!
Our system shows that upon receiving the returned item, you were refunded immediately on April 3rd at 08:22’ and an email confirmation was sent to you.

Any delay in money reaching your account should be addressed with your payment processor and not with us. In your case, it was your bank.

Remember some of your processors can take up to 10 working days to refund your money.

I believe this feedback is unfair and dishonest.

Selfimed is prompt and reliable

They responded quickly to emails and posted my item as fast as they could. Great service. And the machine works perfectly. What more could I ask for?

I was looking for a electric reclining…

I was looking for a electric reclining bed for my dad following a stay in hospital. I looked at a few companies, but the price point offering by this company was the best.
I paid them a visit and Dr Musa was fantastic, answered all.my questions and left me feeling assured.
Within 48 hours the bed was delivered and assembled.

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase medical equipment.

Product was defective/ Service terrible

Product was defective. No response from customer service after several weeks despite a second chaser.

Also note that if you provide evidence of your VAT exemption they are likely to charge you anyway. Not sure about the legalities of this.

DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE. They advertised a CPAP including mask, tubes and water tank. On the conformation email it was all included in the title too.

They then message separately to 'unsure' it is just the machine without the accessories and to confirm I know.

I now have had to cancel the order and wait 5 days for the money to buy it again.
Of course I was fustrated and then they tried to call me out on my tone, rather then focus on the fact they messed up and its messed me about ! ... AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Airsense 10 Autoset faulty and not fit for purpose.

I purchased and paid in full SelfiMed a ResMed Airsense 10 Autoset which is not fit for purpuse, being faulty. It can not be used because no air flows out of the machine. Normally it should sense breathing through the mask and start CPAP air treatment. Unfortunately the machine received doesn't provide any air, automatically or manually. I sent an email to the company requesting replacement of the faulty item and my email was and still is totally ignored. This is not what a trustworthy and reputable company does.

This company is superb

This company is superb - efficient, reliable, excellent personal service and extremely considerate and compassionate. When I was forced to cancel an order because of a bereavement, they were so kind and understanding and did everything possible to remove the stress from me. They dealt with the shippers to save me the stress and they made an extremely prompt refund. I am really grateful to them.
