This company is legit!!!! I love the QR code for the shipping label absolute genius.the took three shipping got paid the next day. No issues even quick response threw email. Also fair price for used airpods

Wrong website if u place the order they even contact PPL automatically they will cancel the order waste of time don't invest time on this website

Sent my phone in near perfect condition, told them the sides were ever so slightly scratched, and that the screen is in perfect condition.
They sent me an offer for £50 less because of a deep scratch on the screen that apparently they have to replace the screen for…
Absolutely fabricated scratch, I sent photos that I took and they tried to claim that a piece of dust on another part of the phone is the scratch they claim.
Ignoring the 5 other photos where there is clearly no scratch. The phone was packaged in its original box and sent securely packaged in another box. No way it would have got scratched in transit.
They gleefully told me that I have to send them a label to get my phone back, despite their ‘offer’ saying I would get my phone back for free if I reject the offer. I imagine they do this to a certain percentage of expensive phones (mines a 13 pro) to increase profits, and pay out on the cheaper ones to control their ‘Trustpilot’ reviews. Scam company

was a bit dubious about selling to sell my cell as I hadn't heard of them before, but they offered the best price out there for my phone. I decided to go for it and it has been very easy! Free postage and fast payment (no revisions either), would use again!

Second time I’ve used them and as long as you follow the grading criteria, you won’t have any issues and will be paid the same day literally within a few hours of them receiving my old phone.

This company did not offer the highest price for an iphone 11 but I went on their trust pilot reviews as most of the others got terrible reviews.
I used their website and requested a postage pack which arrived the following day. I returned to them via Royal Mail and two days later had an email confirming the offered amount was being credited to my bank account. Payment was received same day.
I was so impressed with their service and absolutely recommend them if you have a quality used phone to sell.
