Website was easy to use and after sending the phone in the pre paid envelope the payment was sent by sell my cell and in my account that day. Liked how they kept you up to date with progress on emails

I was sceptical about all the good reviews, especially as I'd had a bad experience with another company, but Sell My Cell really are amazing. I sent my phone off to them, I had a notification at 10am to say they'd received it and, by 5.30pm, the money was in my account. I will definitely use them again, and recommend them.

Excellent service. Very good communication and so fast. I sent an old iPhone 7 and wasn’t sure of which condition category it would fall into. I received an email within 24 hours with the valuation, once I accepted, I received the money into my account the same day. We requested the packs to be sent to us with prepaid tracked 24 postage. They arrived within a couple days (even with postal strikes so SellMyCell are prompt). We wiped our phones and checked them over for any issues we thought SellMyCell might have picked up on- really tiny flaws so we logged them as Working - Grade B.

We posted our phones on Monday Morning, (albeit with an extra layer of bubble wrap we provided just to ensure they would arrive undamaged) and recieved an email Wednesday to say the phones arrived and were being checked over. Money was in my account Wednesday afternoon and the same for my husband.

We’ve used sell my cell for two phones successfully twice now so we feel it works well for us and we’ve recieved the amount of money we’ve expected based on our realistic evaluations of our phones.

Straight forward and payment received same day phone arrived at their warehouse. Would definitely recommend!
