I was sceptical but very pleased. My iPhone X had a cracked screen and rear casing. I was quoted a very competitive price and agreed. They sent a pre paid box which I returned. They received the item today and I have been paid the same day. I will definitely use again!

All ways a bit dubious of using these sites, but i found it one of the most straight forward, and above all up front, you describe your phone they give you a price, which was higher than most, pre paid postage and i had the money they said they would give me within 4 days, happy days

Overall a positive experience! Paid the quote I was originally offered. Ensure you submit your device condition as accurately as possible by reading through each section. Otherwise you might not get the price you want as they will 100% check. The only negative which made it 4* instead of 5* was not being provided with a separate padded envelope to send the device as once I had opened it, it wasn’t suitable without the use of a larger envelope to ensure it was properly sealed. The website also stated it would take up to two days to send the envelope but it took nearly two weeks to arrive (postal disruptions may have affected this). Overall, the service is spot on and offered the highest price over competitors.

Need to update how much they’re willing to pay for broken phones with detailed explanation. I had a quote for £22 which turned to £5 after I had sent the phone off. It would’ve been useful to have known that before I sent it.

Great and efficient service. Device sent on the Friday and money in bank by Monday afternoon - full amount offered was paid. Only criticism would be that I didn’t get the additional sum as offered by promo code from being a return customer.
