These guys are absolutely great. They are the very definition of under promise and over deliver. Recently traded in a couple of guitars as a part exchange for one of theirs and some cash. Their guitar was in phenomenal condition and I had to almost search with a magnifying glass for the nick that the description mentioned. Their response was "we'd prefer you come in and be pleasantly surprised than have had a wasted journey". Refreshingly honest and trustworthy fellas. The money was in my account before I'd left the shop.

Hi I received the burns sonic guitar exactly when promised, it took almost as long to unpack as it did to arrive - that was great, but the best was yet to come. When I saw the case on this guitar and excitedly opened it, there in really good condition for its age was the burns sonic that I purchased for £15 in 1966 (when I was 16 years old and £15 was significantly higher in value than it is today). I have an old black and white press picture of a band I was in called Julian’s people based in Grantham, Lincolnshire. The picture shows the whole band with our instruments, and me holding the guitar that I now know is the guitar that I bought and had used. I have been elated with this reunion that has brought back great memories. It still plays pretty good too! A great transaction - thank you! Tony M

I bought a very nice Taylor from these guys, great comms, super quick delivery. Unfortunately I didn’t get on with the guitar and sent it back, again great comms, very easy return process and a full refund complete in 2 days, Excellent service, I would not hesitate to shop here again.

Really happy with the Ibanez SML RGC I received today. The description was honest to a point and really accurate. I have to say the guitar was advertised with a moderate dent at the the tip of the headstock,however I actually think it's pretty insignificant and I really had to look for it! There's nothing on this guitar that wasn't stated in the description. Even the tarnish was mentioned on the pups,which obviously polished straight out! Really important is this stuff when you are buying online.
Ordered late friday night and the guitar arrived Tuesday well packaged. Can't fault the service at all. Easy to recommend. Cheers

Packaging was delivered quickly and the packaging supplies were excellent and plentiful! Collection was very quick. As soon as they received the guitar (the next day), it was checked quickly and payment was received immediately.

I've used SUYG before, buying a Gibson ES335 last year. Today's experience was very similar to last year - relaxed space and attitude to look at the stock, not a new guitar in sight (yippee), a comfy sofa, intelligent guitar and non-guitar discussion, no pressure, no standing over you while you ineptly demonstrate your lack of skill and being treated like an adult, albeit one in a 'sweet shop'. The only thing missing was an offer of coffee. I didn't buy anything today - both guitars I had come to look at had sold within the last 24 hours. Bugger! But I did get to hear about the SUYG commission sale scheme - better than eBay or Reverb in my view. I'll be keeping my eye on the website and next time will ring first to check that my choice hasn't just sold! Thanks guys, Steve

I purchased a used acoustic guitar online, which is always a risky procedure when you are relying on the sellers description and a few grainy pics! But sellusyourguitar could not have been more accurate! It was everything they described it to be! Perfect condition and brilliant value.( And delivered perfectly packaged, the very next day.)

I am absolutely delighted with a Taylor 214ce I bought recently from Sellusyourguitar.
The whole process has been a really good experience. That means:
- The guitars have a very detailed set of photos;
- Any nicks and dents are highlighted - in my case, they pointed out things I can barely see, so kudos for that;
- Questions are answered quickly and fully, and action taken where requested;
- A very fair price - the guitar is hard to distinguish from new;
- Full communication on when the guitar would be shipped, with a tracking id, of course;
- Fast delivery;
- Solid, protective packaging;
- Questions followed up on after delivery;

Good communication, packaging and collection - very quick turnaround and payment. I could have held out for more money but wanted a quick all inclusive deal without any hassle. Sell Us Your Guitar initially offered a lower price but we’re happy to match a competitor without any hassle.
Secure packaging provided with lots of bubble wrap and parcel tape which made packing easy and gave great peace of mind about sending a valuable instrument through the post (Parcelforce).
Definitely recommend these guys and would use again if required (although now unlikely as I’m down to just one guitar which is a keeper!
