Lovely helpful staff. The staff when make a booking are always very helpful and the drivers are always a delight and very happy, which is needed when working with younger people.

This tour was great, the driver was on time, they knew the itinerary and all went really smoothly :)
The group is back home now, really satisfied.

We have just returned from a weekend coach trip to London - all 49 of us.

From making the initial enquiry thru to last nights drop off I can not fault the customer service from Selwyns.
I’m a stickler for good service and having used this company before would highly recommend.

From the ‘Sues’ in the office to Steve our patient accommodating driver the service was exceptional!

The drivers were a great team. They were friendly, funny and professional. Had one slight issue with them picking us up late from one of the venues but overall, they did everything they could to ensure a smooth trip for us and the students.

I’d give Selwyns Travel 3 stars. The service was generally reliable and the staff were friendly and accommodating, both before and during the trip. The coaches were also clean and comfortable. However, their pricing isn’t the most competitive, and while the experience was good overall, it didn’t go above and beyond to justify a higher score for me. Decent option, but with room for improvement.

Good communication beforehand and direct contact with driver. On time and friendly service. Patient with group of 30+ middle aged golfers complete with trolleys and bags. Would thoroughly recommend.

The coach driver, Mustapha, saved the day. I would have ruined the trip for everyone as I got our trip destination details mixed up when sending the details to our members!

Mustapha quickly rearranged the trip with their office and we all had fun and enjoyed ourselves at the end.
