Great driver service.
On time and helpfull

Excellent service driver was very understanding would recommend to everyone to use these guys

The coach was immaculate and the drivers were friendly and professional.
The downside for us was that the coach didn't pick up in the order that made the most geographical sense in regards to the destination. This resulted in the driver needing to take a 45 minute break due to being over his drive time.
For the return journey, our scheduled departure was 1:30 but the coach did not arrive until gone 2:30.
While neither were massive deals, we did have to contend with some grumpy youths who had been on the bus for 5-6 hours on the arrival day.

I love selwyns - use them for all the coaches I organise for various events I attend up and down the country!

Drivers very professional

The coach came on time. Drives were really nice & cooperative. and it was quite comfortable journey. We really had a good experience travelling with you.

We booked 5 coaches from Selwyns Travel picking up from 3 different locations. The coaches and drivers were all first class. We could not fault the service.

The drivers were brilliant. Friendly and helpful and great with our students and staff. Nothing was too much trouble.
The coach itself was immaculate, very comfortable and usb ports which were used, a lot!

On behalf of St Anselm's College Birkenhead, thank you to Selwyns and their drivers who transported over 350 students and staff to Alton Towers yesterday (16th July). Mrs Cubbin has asked me to particularly mention Gareth on Bus 1 who was most helpful and courteous and a credit to the company. Will be booking with Selwyns again next year without a doubt.

The whole service we received from Selwyn's, from booking a few months ago to the driver; "Christian" on the day, was absolutely fantastic thank you.

Drivers were very friendly! Super prompt! Had zero complaints!

Bus driver slammed on the brakes so hard my laptop smashed into the seat in front. Their customer service is terrible and they refuse to offer compensation. Disgraceful operator.

The driver was amazing so friendly and helpful with a smile all day, nothing was too much trouble.

Excellent provision and coach journey.

The sales team were great discussing drop off points and pick up points and the team were flexible about the need to adjust timings. The coach driver rang me to discuss plans a few days in advance. He ran me through the route once we were on board and agreed stopping points to ensure we had breaks. The coach picked us up at the agreed point on time and we were loaded and departed within about 5 mins - everything ran very smoothly. I would use Selwyns again.

Our driver was absolutely brilliant. Very helpful and very cheery. We also had a bigger coach than booked so there was extra room for everyone which made for a very pleasant journey.

The R16 coach to Reaseheath College made a very dangerous overtake manoeuvre while passing me on my bike this morning. Not only was the overtake on a corner but the vehicle coming in the other direction almost had to come to a stop to avoid a collision and caused the coach to pull back into the lane much earlier than he should have, not leaving much space between me and him.

Excellent Service
Our drive Claydon was on time, and kept in touch and all round a great guy, he made us feel at ease and just had a great attitude

Great value, excellent communications, punctual, lovely coach, nice driver - all in all a very good experience
