I liked the entire service experience. Getting the slightest consultation is not a problem. All nuances are easily clarified, they assist with packing the bicycle and completing all shipping procedures. Everything seemed very well-organized.

Wanted to thank SendBike for their services. They delivered the bicycle on time. Without any problems. Another plus is the ability to track the order. Although in any case, it arrives on the day specified when placing the order.

The delivery time coincided with the expected one. I was pleased with the quality of the transport box, and the fact that they additionally wrapped it and softened it. Another plus - the delivery cost turned out to be even less than the specialist initially calculated for me.

We've been working with SendBike for over 2 years, no complaints, always on time. The only snag they have is that they don't recalculate the delivery if it arrives sooner, but I didn't really count on that.

I contracted them to ship my ebike from France to the USA. I specifically needed them to figure out the hurdle that is to ship devices with batteries overseas. Had it been a regular bike, I would have just taken it on the plane with me as extra luggage (many airlines allow that), the bike actually weighs less than 20Kg all included.
Their site mentioned shipping ebikes so I trusted them and paid the 500 GBP for it(!) + 50 GBP for insurance.
It took 47 days after pick-up for the bike to finally be delivered to me. I had to contact them dozens of time to get updates as their communication was rather poor.
The first leg from France to the UK happened very fast so it was encouraging. Within the first week, I was first told the bike would ship to the US the next day.

In the end, the bike must have sat at sendbike's warehouse well over a month until sendbike finally managed to get some courier to accept the package.
I kept getting excuses such as the battery being of very high capacity (which is false, it's actually a rather small battery compared to most ebikes). Once DHL took the bike, the trip from the UK to the US was very short.

The bike eventually made (albeit with a chip on the paint, which I suppose might have been caused by customs). Hence the 3 stars. But this was an incredibly frustrating experience. And for the time it took and the money it cost, I should have instead bought a new battery in the US and shipped the bike without.

Used this service once, they delivered on time, quickly contacted me and picked up the bicycle. The person who sent the bicycle to me said that he often uses this company. In general, I recommend it.
