The worst company I have ever come into contact with. My bike was broken and turned up 10 days late in a box that was barely still together. As of today, I have been trying to get compensation through the full insurance that I paid them. I have had to threaten legal action to even get them to respond. Just now I received a refund. AVOID at all costs. Paid £250 for a bike box, collection the following day and subsequent delivery the next. Box delivered as agreed which was great. Took 3 days and a lot of work to get the bike collected, and will now be delivered almost a week after it was supposed to. Had I know all they were doing was basically booking DHL to collect the bike and deliver it, I would have done so myself and saved money and a lots of stress and hassle. Cannot recommend avoiding them at all costs.

Now I know that my bicycle can always accompany me on my travels, thanks to Sendbike.
