I had some adjustment charges from…

I had some adjustment charges from sendle that are fraudulent, and make it very difficult to get the refund, avoid using them not worth the hassle.
"Any Sendle Adjustment charge applied to labels purchased through eBay is fraudulent and should be disputed. On eBay we dont use volume as a metric for shipping labels. Contest the charge and demand a refund."

No Delivery

Said they delivered parcel but not received. Checked our external cameras and no delivery at that time or day. We were home all day anyway. An "investigation" ensued and low and behold they say it has been delivered. When questioned they do not take photos of deliveries so don't know even if it was delivered to the wrong address. For all I know it has been damaged and they claim to deliver.
The business seller has agreed that once the investigation has finalised they will look at replacing but I am still waiting for contact from them.

Terrible service for rural Canadians

I ordered for the first time from a company using Sendle. Terrible experience already. The package was listed as delivered 5 days ago. The package is no where to be found. I submitted a lost package investigation, I now have to wait until next Friday for the investigation to conclude.
A quick Google search revealed that Sendle does not deliver it's own packages. In Canada it uses ICS Courier, which is another company I would not recommend because for rural Canadian addresses they just use Canada Post. Small vendors are thinking they can avoid the complications of the Canada Post strike by using cheap ICS Courier. The only reason ICS Courier is so cheap is because they are using Canada Post! It's baffling to me that vendors put their business in the hands of companies without actually understanding how these companies work.
This means that my package should be at the Post office, but I never received a parcel slip. This isn't the first time a slip has been forgotten, but I can't check the post office for my package with a Sendle tracking number which is all that is provided. Even an ICS Courier tracking number would be useless. Why can't these companies just be transparent about the who is delivering the package and give accurate tracking numbers?
So either my package has been lost or it's stuck at the Post office and is now effectively lost because I'll never be able to retrieve it.
I made my order Aug 20, it was shipped Aug. 21 and "delivered" Aug 25. It will be 16 days (Sept. 5) by the time I get a resolution that my package is lost and it will have to be resent. All for a small package that was shipped from Camrose AB, and I'm in Carstairs AB, that's only a 2 hour drive away.
This is madness, what a joke.
I'm begging this company to please resend the lost package via Canada Post. Will update if the situation gets any better.
What a waste of time and money.

Review of Sendle – Overcharging & No Accountability

I run a business selling batten lights (4.5cm x 4.5cm x 120cm). When I purchased a Sendle label, it showed $23. Later, without any notification or email, they deducted $46.90 from my account. If I hadn’t checked, I would never have known they were overcharging me. This feels very dishonest.

I had declared the correct size and weight, but Sendle applied an 50products“adjustment” charge anyway. I contacted support and even asked them to come down to my warehouse to measure and weigh the product themselves to prove I was right. They refused, saying they wouldn’t do that.

I was left speechless and very upset. It feels like I’m being robbed, and there’s nothing I can do. I have photos and proof, yet I can’t get my money back even though I did everything correctly.

This is not how a trustworthy business should operate. I can’t recommend Sendle to anyone.

Extremely Disappointed – Overcharged and No Support

I’ve been using Sendle to ship products sold through my eBay store, and the experience has been terrible.

For example, one of my shipments showed $23 at checkout, but when I checked my balance, I was charged $46.80 without any notification. The parcel was correctly declared as 4.5cm x 4.5cm x 120cm, 1kg, sent from Sydney to SA. That’s more than double the quoted price.

Worse, I’ve received over 50 “adjustment fees” for parcels where I entered the right size and weight. I contacted Sendle’s support team many times, but no one was willing to help or resolve the issue.

Because of this, I have no choice but to cancel Sendle permanently. I don’t want to risk running into these hidden charges and lack of support again.

Has anyone else had the same issue with sendle

Hopeless service.

Courier advised couldn't get access to our home, an absolute lie as we have no fence. Many conversations with agents, all giving platitudes about escalating case to highest level. On 3rd day 4 pm I decided to take parcel to Oz Post when upon my return the Courier had been to collect. There was no contact with driver or serious concerns about the. non pickup by Sendle. Would give no stars if could. To be fair, this is the first time they have let me and themselves down. Will be closing my account and going elsewhere.

Fake delivery attempts

I’ve had okay experiences with this company before, but this recent issue was frustrating and unacceptable. Despite having Authority to Leave clearly set, they claimed they couldn’t access the property and marked it as a failed delivery attempt—completely false.

This is the first problem I’ve had in years, and when I reached out, I was told to “give instructions.” What am I supposed to say—walk to the door? I regularly receive deliveries from both highly reputable and budget carriers, and none have ever had this issue.

Customer service was no help. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed me and my house, when it was clearly the driver who didn’t follow through. The “proof of attempted delivery” was a blurry grey photo—no door, no parcel, nothing identifiable. It felt like a placeholder to justify skipping the delivery.

I wouldn’t have minded a delay if the driver had genuinely tried and followed up properly. But the false delivery claim, the vague photo, and the deflection from support made the experience unnecessarily frustrating.

Really disappointing to see the company avoid accountability instead of resolving a simple issue.

Don’t waste your time on this company

Don’t waste your time on this company. Especially if you are an e-commerce business. Your packages won’t be collected.

They say the courier will collect next business day. Well my first order wasn’t collected for days and I had my customers waiting! So I canceled, got an refund and used Australia Post instead.

Thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt and try again last week. Put another order through and couriers were a no-show AGAIN!

I do not recommend Sendle for businesses if you are looking for a reliable courier company - THIS IS NOT IT!

Do not use, especially through Ebay

I sold an item on eBay and was offered free postage to send through Sendle. I always use AusPost, but thought I'd give Sendle a go. I packed up my item that night, booked delivery for the next day and....nothing. Proof from my door cam indicating they didn't show up, although they said they did. So I rebooked the next day. Again, they never showed. The next day, no show. Went on their website and chatted to a "happiness agent" What a joke. He said he'd prioritise pick up for the next day. Got home from work to find the parcel still sitting on my verandah. Got in touch with them again. Said they still had 2 hours to collect it before COB. What a surprise. Wasn't collected before 6pm last night either. So now 5 days since my buyer bought my item and it hasn't even left my house. And it's the weekend. Back to reliable Auspost I go.

No geographic sense

Sendle has been apparently trying to find Bendigo for the last 60 hours. They keep setting out to find it, but wind up in Melbourne every time. I mean I get it, Bendigo only has 100,000 people. But these days there's a lot of tech available to help. I've given up though on my order. If they can't find Bendigo, they definitely won't find my little town that they'd have to drive right past to get to Bendigo.

Total Failure

Total Failure
Package was not picked up on scheduled date. Contacted customer support (twice) and they promised to escalate but package was still not picked up within a week after scheduled date. Complete non-performance - this "service" should be avoided.

Delivered a parcel that was damaged

Delivered a parcel that was damaged and the parcel basically open. No call, No knock on the door, no explanation. If these guys can deliver a parcel in such bad condition how could you trust them with your delivery?
