Sendle has been extremely unreliable. On several occasions, drivers have falsely claimed that goods weren’t ready, even though they never showed up. If you don’t mind chasing people, wasting your time... See more

Never again
After 3 weeks of dropping the parcel at one of their collection locations and 4 attempts to resolve this with their service team they have finally called the location where I dropped my parcel and discovered, they never picked it up. Absolutely useless.
Diabolically woeful Service
They are like an ashtray on a motorbike, useless. Expected package has been sitting in Melbourne or another depot for 3 weeks. Delivery address, Hervey Bay. I received an email from Sendle today, advising me that it will be another two days at least before I will receive it. I think the guy delivering it has got a puncture in a tyre on his push-bike. In the meantime, I have received 3 international parcels and 4 interstate packages, ordered after this one. The sad part is that I paid top dollar expecting great service, which I certainly didn't get. Never again. Australia Post for me.
Absolutely awful
I received a email saying that my parcel had been "delivered." I was home at the time and went outside to see that it had not been delivered. I contacted support and they sent me a 'Proof of delivery" photo - except that this photo is NOT my house. I asked them to retrieve my parcel and the response I got was we will take 7 days to look in to it and get back to you. As this parcel was worth alot of money I made sure I was home to receive it, but it was then left unattended at a incorrect house. Absolutely appalling service, will not purchase again from any company that uses this courier.
This company is an absolute nightmare
This company is an absolute nightmare
2 days they did not pick up my package and I live in a CBD location
save your sanity do not use them
WILL NEVER USE SENDLE AGAIN
I will never use them again. I dropped off my package at my local BP petrol station. Lucky I checked on the status. It showed three days later that the package hadn’t been dropped off. I chatted to Sendle support and they said I should go to the store and ask, so that’s what I did. I then walked in and saw my package on the floor behind the shop attendant. I asked him to scan it there and then on the spot. Now my package will be sent but it will be delayed and the person who bought it off me on eBay isn’t going to be happy that it’s delayed.
UPDATE: 5 calendar days later and the package has still not been picked up. They have refunded my shipping fee, but the level of service is still really poor. My recommendation - pay a little more and use Australia Post. You'll waste less time running backwards and forwards with Sendle support.
Looking for people having a bad time with this company
I sent a package through Sendle as requested by customer. Worst experience. They picked up package 3 days after they were supposed to. After a week, both customer and I checked to see why package was not delivered. The tracking kept saying, out for delivery in the morning, processing in the night.
After contacting them, the kept saying to give it a few more days. Good sign that they lost the package. After a few more messages, they finally said that they are investigating where the package is. A few days later reported that it was lost. At the same time. They sent delivery guys to pick up a package that they already knew that it was lost.
I paid for insurance on the package. They got me with the question, what would I like done. Simply answer was between, deliver it or pay the cost of product.
After I state that I need the cost of product and delivery fees to be deposited, they want me to show them that I sent the package and who I bought it from.
As a business owner, I know that they need proof of what is sent and cost, even though it is in their system of what it is and cost. The second item they wanted is proof of where I bought it from....
This is actually a no-no. Sounds like a "I want more information on your dealings so I can steal more" to make it harder of would be customers.
So, I would like to get a group of "clients" of Sendle together to get the Police to do a criminal investigation. We might be able to do a massive sueing of them if we can get enough groups.
Send me you email and any other information that you wish to share. Go to my website and send me a message through there.
I still have not seen them solving my problem, and they asked if I was done so they can close their reports.

Horrendous!!
Horrendous!!! Sendle now uses Aramex and without informing me of this at time of booking they offloaded the collection of my two large parcels to them. So far they have failed to collect the parcels on two separate days. I followed up with Sendle to receive generic response after generic response, one of which stated that if I needed my parcels collected 'urgently' I should cancel and organise a new courier (told me this at 4:30pm on a Friday so I actually had no opportunity to do so). They have taken no accountability, I paid for a service which stated a Thursday collection which never happened, then didn't happen again on the Friday even though I was told by their Agent on Chat that it would, and now it's the weekend and I am still in possession of the parcels without ANY clear indication from Sendle as to when they will be collected. In the meantime, I am having to explain all of this to my buyer who is awaiting the goods. Sendle's customer service is abhorrent, they literally do NOT care!
Sendle will never deliver to your door
I have never got a parcel, if it was sent by sendle. They refuse to do door to door deliveries, and insisted that leaving parcels outside the letter box in public counts as delivered, this is despite clear sign asking deliveries to go to door and not leave things outside, and after Sendle customer service had promised and put in a note saying they will deliver to door. They still don't deliver to door, and after my complaint, their answer is, they don't deliver anything to door. They do not compensate missing parcels, and they took forever to do their investigation and closes investigations without telling you. They have also provided me and other senders different stories on what happened and how to resolve this issue.
eBay and sendle it's a scam
If I could leave less than 1 star I would. I was charged an excess size charge for an item I didn't book I didn't get the size package wrong eBay did the weight was correct at 400g but they also charge by the Litre... Refused to refund the excess charge could have sent it by Australia Post cheaper and quicker but was third party forced into using sendle by eBay... It's a nice little scam they have going on... eBay make mistakes and books the package with sendle and send customers sendles way and sendle adds excessive charges that the person using the services is unaware of as eBay are the ones making the booking and ticking off on terms and conditions that they never informed the person sending the package of. And when the additional charges are debited, eBay refer you back to sendle to be denied a refund because apparently you were fully informed of these charges when you booked the package
WELL the parcel was left in open area…
WELL the parcel was left in open area for 5 days
i contacted every day for 5 days and a promise was made to pick up each day never happened so its now with aust post
i have no idea how they run their business its a discrace please send copy to CEO
lost me never use them again if you dont want your parcel lost DONT USE THEM
Disgraceful company
Disgraceful company. Dropped my parcel for courier pick up, for two weeks no one picked it up, when I followed up they said they had lost the parcel. It took me weeks dealing with ‘customer service’ to get a refund. The customer service was appalling, I was passed between 10-15 different people, all with poor customer service skills. Would never use again and recommend anyone else to avoid at all costs!
Multiple delivery instructions ignored
Multiple delivery instructions ignored, continued to attempt redelivery rather than leaving as per instructions.
Finally "delivered" the parcel to a newsagency 2 suburbs away and marked the parcel as delivered without, you know, telling me where it was delivered to...
Driver Deliberately Smashed my Parcel
Driver came when I was home, unaware that I could see him, held my parcel out up high in front of him, and dropped it to the ground, immediately smashing and shattering the parcel's contents. Sendle were an absolute joke to deal with — tried to put the onus on the seller for not packaging it properly. Zero accountability. As big an a-hole as the driver. Out of pocket $120.
Shittest company ever
Shittest company ever. As a sender, I will not use it again. Multiple missed pick ups, poor customer service, never follow pick up instructions or just igore them.
Small package left outside open gate on busy walkway
Small box was left outside pedestrian gate which is next to a busy laneway. Large gate was open next to it so could easily have walked inside and left at front door. Pure luck that it wasn't stolen. No delivery message either.
Avoid using sendle
I purchased two items via eBay both items from the same person but only one parcel was delivered. Both parcels made it to the local depot and sat there for days, then only one was delivered. Second parcel is lost, the investigation process of the missing parcel is a joke, and no doubt doesn't even take place, sendle giving excuse after excuse.
Is it racist to ask someone to follow simple instructions in English ?
Is it racist to ask someone to follow simple instructions written in English ?
My parcel was left on the doorstep on the street corner of our old commercial building. No front yard, No fence, nowhere "secure" to leave stuff. The doorstep that is on the footpath.
On the door is a sign that says, All deliveries please deliver to side door and ring bell. Do not leave parcels here unattended. Thank you"
On the parcel, the sender had clearly written "Please deliver to the side door and ring the bell, Thank you"
We both said Please and Thank you. Clearly this wasn't enough.
The parcel was left on the street. Fortunately a neighbour walking past saw it and rang the doorbell on the side door to let me know it was there.
I live in a high trust neighbourhood, for the most part, so I was fortunate that my neighbour alerted me, but, ultimately Sendle's representative failed to follow simple English instructions from the sender, and on the building, and effectively left the package on the public footpath visible to everyone who was walking by...and thought that that was OK.
Stupid, illiterate, lazy. The trifecta. This is clearly a reflection of what Sendle and their representatives think of you and I. Maybe they don't think.
Reading other reviews here, I got off lightly. Be warned.
I would give NO stars if I could
I would give NO stars if I could. I ordered items weeks ago. Now just a run around between BIG W/ marketplace (who take no responsibility for the mistake) and Sendle. Sendle apparently could not deliver it because the postcode in the system didn't match the suburb! How hard would it have been to match the suburb with the street? No phone call or email to check. I think it is a scam of sorts. I think they hope the customer gives up. Will definitely report them if it does not turn up.
Horrid and incompetent. Do not use!
Parcel dropped off at a pickup location on the 2nd of the month. Due to be delivered on the 10th. Check on the 10th, hasn’t been picked up. Contact Sendle four times over the next four weeks and always told they’re sending a driver to get it, it’s a priority, blah blah. Eventually the sender goes to the location and confirms parcels have been picked up but mine isn’t there, so it had to be taken by a driver and not scanned (whether though laziness or to steal, I can’t say). And when Sendle were told this they just said “sorry you’re frustrated, we’ll look into it”. Sorry what were you doing for the last month then!?!?! Do not use!!!
I agree with every single review here
I agree with every single review here, the service is atrocious and in fact I am still waiting for a parcel that was sent from a suburb that is less than 20 kms from my address. The parcel was picked up on the 2nd June, apparently attempted to deliver on the 4th June. (I was home all day so not sure how this can occur. Tried to follow up with Sendle, advised the courier would attempt to redeliver, again nothing, followed up 3 more times, lots of apologies blah blah blah, parcel was missing so investigation commenced, advised parcel was located and delivery would occur on Friday 20th June, guess what??? stayed home all day..still no delivery, contacted Sendle chat again, apparently the courier ran out of time to deliver so the delivery would be made today Monday 23rd June. again ensured I would be home, aarrhh still no delivery FFS!!. I have no idea where the parcel is currently and if I will ever receive it!!!!. Will never ever purchase anything in the future where the seller uses them, what a useless incompetent company that should be investigated and shut down permanently. PS clearly the chat is a BOT so don't think for a second anyone is actually assisting you.
