They take a don’t call us we will call you but you don’t ever get that just a txt or email if you call they will tell you are rude it was about 3 months before we even new had a lawyer on the case they don’t care about the people they represent it’s all about a check for them don’t not use theses people

David Brevda won a lawsuit for me for a relative of mine who lived in Florida and died as a result of a nursing home accident. I live in Illinois and never met with Mr. Brevda in person. He handled everything for me through phone conversations and emails. He was very professional and explained things in detail. I highly recommend David Brevda and Senior Justice Law firm.

At the end of my legal Process, Senior Justice will get my review decision and backed reasons data relevant only to Senior Justice performance.

We couldn't be more pleased with the compassion, professionalism and timeliness of their actions in our behalf. It is so painful to lose a loved one, but even more so when it is under circumstances that should have never happened when you are trusting a professional agency to keep that person safe. On July 07, 2023 I went to a senior Law firm to get help because I was experiencing negligent living in a high rise but I was turned down by Lori Shifflett.

This law firm made a big impact in my family's life. After my Grandma was hurt in a nursing home, we hired Senior Justice Law Firm to fight for my family. The attorneys and staff were communicative, responsive, professional and aggressive with our case. This experience was as good as one could hope. I strongly recommend Senior Justice Law Firm for anyone that has a family member hurt in a nursing facility.

Please do not use Senior Justice Law Firm. The attorney that represented me has been dishonest, provided bad advice and overall did not listen to me. They do not care about you or your loved ones. The attorney’s bottom line was the firm's payout. They prioritize profits over client interests. After many conversations with the attorney assuring me that they will not take more than their client, they lied!!!!

Red flags all displayed by this firm: short notices and pressure for me to sign contracts with unclear or high fees without explaining the costs transparently. Lack of communication. This attorney was unresponsive to my calls or emails until I visited the main office. Their attorney did not keep me updated on my case progress. I had to read updates, changes and/or progress on the PBC clerk's office page. Lastly, the attorney made unrealistic guarantees only to renege on his words.

My gut told me to fire them but being naive, I continued to work with them. If you like dealing with a company that practices "smoke and mirrors" then this is your company. PLEASE USE ANOTHER LAW FIRM!!!!!

Honestly the firm represented me in every measure I could ask for perfectly, in communication, in personal considerations, with respect and integrity. I appreciate all they have done for me.

Excellent experience with these nursing home abuse attorneys. I cannot get into the details due to confidentiality clause, but this law firm made a significant financial recovery on our loved one's case. Highly recommend this firm to anyone who had a bad experience in a nursing home.

I had the true please of working with Garrick from Senior Law Firm and his staff in several cases that took place in assisted living facilities while my mom was under their care. I was shocked at how these facilities treat their residents ( my mom) that I trusted to care for her. I hired Senior Justice Law Firm after my moms passing to help hopefully prevent this truly non compassionate treatment of human life to happen to others. Horrible experience. Told me they would take my case after reviewing signed a contract. 3 months in they said they wouldn’t represent me anymore and I never even spoke to a lawyer. I guess my case was t big enough for monetary worth it.
