My opinion of lawyers and lawsuits is forever changed because of Michael Brevda and his team. I did not want to sue. In fact, I had no other option. After my parent passed away due to a wrongful death, the offending nursing home would not return my calls. They refused to give me an incident report on what happened. A friend begged me to call Senior Justice Law Firm. OMG, the work that they did on my case. Michael and his paralegals were able to file the lawsuit and get to the bottom of what happened. The case settled before trial for a generous settlement amount. But that was not why I called. I wanted my voice heard and no one listened to me.
