Good quality product delivered quickly

ordered on the 26/03 still not delivered! have tried contacting to find out why with no response. its now the 13/04 and still no delivery

Arrived promptly. Well built. I had read a review where someone mentioned that they found it bulky and heavy. Personally, not the case for me. Well made and does the job it is intended. I have used some forearm tools in the past and i would say this is the best i have come across. Would i recommend. Yes most definitely!

Ordered a weight vest in middle of January. It never appeared. Chased the company numerous times for an update. They tell me it was lost in transit at the end of February and promise a refund. It’s now nearly April and I still haven’t had my £50 refunded. Absolute scam. Cannot believe this company is allowed to get away with this.

Did not send order, did not reply to emails or facebook messages.
Basically thieves, and unable to do a chargeback as order below the minimum threshold.

Great product, quick delivery couldn't ask for more to be honest. I would definitely recommend the company and their products.

Only half of what I paid for arrived and cannot get a response from the company no contact telephone number only emails which haven't been answered.

Don’t order the slim version ankle/wrist weights. They don’t exist. Company will send you alternative ones then hold onto your money when you send the wrong items back and blank you I.e. no response no refund no contact. Going through legalities now

Order one but charged me two due to technical problem. Asked customer service to arrange time to return it but never reply, even though we agreed to pay 8 pounds collection fee. Rubbish customer service.

Very disappointing experience from this company.
One of my parcels did not arrive and despite numerous emails to them I've still had no response.
I would steer clear.

After 3 years of my daughter asking for this and me telling her she was too young this was the year to get it. I checked all the reviews and this punch bag with low kick guard looked the best. So I ordered it with 2 months to go, got my tracking info and it arrived within the advertised time. Well one half of it did. I had seen a review that mentioned 2 parcels so I contacted senshi and they sent me the tracking info for the second parcel. After 10 days after the other parcel arrived it still hadn't left the depot. So again i sent an email as there is no phone number. It took 4 emails to two different addresses to get a further reply with an apology and a promise a new one had been dispatched. I asked for new tracking information and got nothing. I have since sent a further 2 emails asking for the information or a refund so I can go and buy my daughter a different gift for her birthday. But I have had no response. Awful service, the part I do have is damaged and in the rare response I had was told to wait until had all the packages then they would sort it out. Avoid

Not a real company, scam operation. They'll take your payment and then just not dispatch, radio silence on communications even though they're actively adding listings to the website. Refund requests ignored.

Ordered a single item, but the website design tricked me into thinking the order had not been complete, so I clicked on the button to complete it and it charged me for a second item (although I only wanted to buy one). I messaged them to request to cancel the second item, but without any response they cancelled and refunded both items. I purchased the item again, however it has not been delivered yet and it has been over 2 weeks. I have received no answer to my emails either. Very unprofessional.
