Incredibly quick delivery and as usual awesome scents. I ordered a couple of new ones this time and they are just incredible…this is the only company where I have loved every single one of their scents..and I consider myself a bit picky when it comes to home fragrance 😂

Tried lots of different companies including Molten Brown.....which I might add are super....but Sensum are hard to beat.
Been buying the Persian Spice 30ml
Concentrated Oil for years......you just cannot get a better fragrance.

The Company SENSUM & The Designer Rooms has sent out E-Mails advertising Diffusers etc for Mothers Day deals. Only limited time offers per day. They come through on The Designer Rooms E-Mails too. good offers but misleading delivery info. States orders over £60 free delivery and says as you progress you are eligible for free delivery. Then at checkout they slap on a £14.99 delivery charge that you cannot amend or de-select ? Tried to order but wont pay £14.99 for delivery when offer stated it was free over £60.00.

The scents are lovely but in my opinion, the Sensum brand is totally overpriced. My diffuser has stopped working after about two years. Considering it was nearly £80, I’m disappointed. Won’t be buying another one and hopefully a cheaper one will last just as long. It’s made of cheap plastic.

I had a problem with sensum around a month after purchase. Contacted customer care team staff member Robert was quick to fix the problem. Excellent customer service and products!

I cannot understand how this company has received so many good reviews when I cannot even get a reply to three emails and two Facebook messages.
I received one reply saying my email had gone into their spam account and they would get back to me, they didn't. The question is, if they can take time to reply with a story like "your email is in our spam" why not just reply to my email and sort the issue? It is not that difficult. I have been a customer of this company for many years and also have recommended them to friends and family and have given them a fair amount of business. I am very disappointed in their lack of customer service. Why do businesses these days think it is alright to take money from a customer and then never bother to care, reply or try and assist with a problem afterwards. Disappointing and time for me to move on. I would not be happy to recommend them or give them any more business.

Great scent, not too overpowering and it s great suing the timer. The Fragrance lingers for a long time even after the diffuser had stopped!

Having emailed Sensum the full experience from start to finish was so smooth & professional, I had a problem with my diffuser & Robert quickly rectified the problem by sending me a replacement diffuser I’m so very grateful for the understanding & kindness from Sensum really appreciate your help Robert thank you once again to the Sensum team

This is absolutely top class. From packaging to the style of the bottles and the scent. If you want something that is stylish and that looks glamorous then this is exactly what you are looking.. Might seem a bit pricey for a reed diffuser but it is worth every single penny .. it carries the ‘WOW’ factor

Have all the scents they are all amazing..gave a couple away as gifts to friends and they loved them..will definitely be buying more glad a tried them now as a wasn’t sure as a didn’t know what they would smell like..well definitely wasn’t disappointed glad a got them now
