My poor neck

I have been going to Sensus Chiropractors for 5 years and the monthly maintenance visits often coincide with a nagging problem or two . When Owain my chiropractor today asked "how are you?" I explained I had fallen asleep at the kitchen table without supporting my head and had seriously cricked my neck. Owain was able to find and ease the tension out of the neck muscles and also by relaxing my head in his hands, chiropractic adjustments were made. Many thanks to Dr Kris and his fabulous staff and team at Sensus.
