No substitute for alcohol
I very rarely drink for medical reasons and miss that feeling you get after alcohol. Thought I'd try this but it has no effect on me apart from possibly deeper sleep. A lot of money for a disappointing result.

Nor very appetising
I bought this as I don't drink and thought I'll try this out to see what it taste like and if it has any effect. The taste of this is not very nice, it taste like a concoction of spices, and gave me a tummy upset. Wouldn't buy this again, for what it costs not worth it.

Tried the Gold variety and absolutely…
Tried the Gold variety and absolutely love the spicy aftertaste. Had the best nights sleep in quite a while and absolutely no hangover.
Just ordered the Red variety - the health implications of this drink is massive.

Good tasting adult drink to enjoy in the evening in place of the alcohol i was consuming previously. I can enjoy this drink while my companions drink alcohol and I don’t feel deprived.

A pleasant surprise
I bought a bottle of Gold and a bottle of Red specifically because some time ago I decided to virtually eliminate alcohol from my life and having seen a very interesting YouTube video interview by Dr John Campbell and Prof Nutt I was intrigued.
I was interested to see if a non-alcoholic drink could induce a sense of relaxation similar to a glass of wine. I would have to say the effect is like a rather mild alcoholic euphoria but not as intense... there is no way you are going to get 'pissed' drinking Sentia, but I definitely found it relaxing and a pleasant sensation.
There was an unexpected secondary effect which I believe is from the Red, and that is that I sleep much more soundly. I have suffered from insomnia for many years and also have BPH (enlarged prostate) meaning that I normally must get up a couple of times per night. In the first three nights drinking a large mouthful of Red before bed I have only had to get up once in those three nights. Also, my duration of sleep has increased from around six hours to EIGHT! Amazing.

Yes, SENTIA will not get you pissed as it only stimulates the GABA receptors in the brain and goes no further than that. In other words SENTIA has a ceiling effect in order to avoid the discord alcohol causes.

Och I really wanted to like this but…
Och I really wanted to like this but the taste of the black is exactly like cough syrup. I can vaguely mask it with ginger beer and lime but it’s a strong taste! Furthermore, I didn’t get a buzz/chill-out/sociable, tried it twice now, 2-3 drinks each. I do think at some stage I will try the gold in the hope it’s more my taste and has some effect as I do love the science behind it.

I’ve tried Sentia Black and Gold
I’ve tried Sentia Black and Gold. Both have a good flavour but Black is my favourite. Haven’t tried Red as it sounds a bit sweet for my taste.
As a drink it is very satisfying and I really like the peppery after taste of black. Tried several mixers with it but find chilled sparkling water best.

Am a big fan of the company and product
Am a big fan of the company and what they're doing. I like all three versions (esp with ginger ale) and the red and dark version both make me feel more relaxed (the gold one is "merely" a very pleasant mixer).
The company is a delight to interact with. I once had a mix-up over a credit card payment and they sorted it out v quickly. All in all - fab company and product and happy to recommend.

I will buy a bottle for parties and functions
I have tried 100mls on 3 occasions now of the red and am starting to appreciate the effect. The first time I felt unsettled as I was unused to the sensation. The second time I like the flavour, especially with Indian Tonic, but my wife is less of a fan. While I would not buy it regularly as I don't drink alcohol, I will buy the odd bottle to take to parties and functions to share with other non-drinkers.

Very disappointed with Sentia
Very disappointed with Sentia. In my quest for an enjoyable non alcoholic drink I ordered both the black and the gold. The taste of the black one, I found very medicinal even with a mixer and the gold more palatable but not particularly good. Even though I am a non drinker, I felt no effects at all. I could have been drinking orange squash!
An expensive experiment on my part.

I love the idea
I love the idea, I also love the taste, I purchased a gold, and a black bottle. I tried them both as shots, just to get a sence of flavour etc, the black one is interesting, with lots of flavours leaning towards a bitterness that I quite enjoy.
The gold one is just lovely,colour and flavour wise. Leaning more towards a sweetness, but definitely not over sugary!
I also mixed them with tonic water and enjoyed both. more as a long drink, rather than a shot!
I'm really happy to use this as a substitute for alcohol, it tastes good, I have felt uplifted and more chatty, but I think the biggest buzz for me is that I'm not drinking alcohol everyday. My sleep is much better and I feel a lot more energised in general.
