I absolutely loved the Laughter Yoga Leader Training Course this weekend! Sara is brilliant! I loved working in a small group, getting plenty of time to ask as many questions as needed. The course was lively, fun, and full of laughter. The practical tips and feedback were excellent. I learned a lot of Laughter exercises, breathing techniques, and ways of structuring Laughter Yoga sessions. The course also covered the context of Laughter Yoga and introduced key theoretical principles. It was a great weekend course and I had a really enjoyable time with like-minded people. Thank you! :-)

I used Serious Laughter to kick off our Strategy Week. Given COVID, the team had never met in person so it was a great way to break down barriers. Although everyone was a little unsure, Sara was great at putting people at ease. At the end of the week everyone was still raving about it. Sara from Serious Laughter attended our Ageing Well event at the Forum Centre, Wythenshawe and there was a great turnout of eager older participants.
We were unsure what to expect but the group were quickly on board with the laughter and connection that brings.

Everyone needs a bit of Laughter Yoga in their lives! Sara is infectiously joyous, the forced laughter very soon becomes real and you definitely feel more alive because of it. It brings out a fun side, loosens the body and its so invigorating. I'll be doing more of this. Dont wait until you feel 'up to it', don't wait to feel better, do it and you'll feel better. :)

Sara is lovely and welcoming as this was my first experience of laughter yoga and I will definitely look into future events. It felt great to not feel 'silly' as everyone does the same activity which eased any worry and the whole experience was so enjoyable. I found the laughter began being an exercise and then turned genuine as I found it joyful and also genuinely funny as a shared new experience! Thank you :)

Sara's sessions are seriously good for your mental and physical wellbeing. She delighted us with some gibberish and her laughter was so contagious we all howled. Even if you've never tried Laughter Yoga before, Sara has so much fun and her enthusiasm enables you to let go and really enjoy yourself. We were rubbing our cheeks from so much happy laughter. Fantastic! Loved the relaxation at the end too! Highly recommended!

Sara ran some great sessions for hospital staff in our operating theatres. This is a high stress working environment. Participants really enjoyed the sessions and soon settled into the activities. Sara was great at engaging everyone - even people that felt shy or skeptical. I’ve had so many members of staff giving positive feedback on how great it is to laugh together as a team, especially as usually our working environment will be quite serious and professional. To quote one participant “can we do this every day?!”. Participants came away feeling more relaxed and I think it will strengthen relationships within the team. Thanks so much Sara for a great day of laughter yoga!
