I have attended a couple of Laughter Yoga sessions with Sara, and both have been fantastic.
Yes, people are a little unsure at first, but after 10 mins or less, that feeling vanishes. This is most definitely a joyous experience which is good for the soul!
If you are sitting on the fence about this, I encourage you to just come to a session. It will be worth it!
