I found Sero Aesthetics Clinic using chatGPT asking for female body piercing in the local area. With having the WhatsApp on the website it was quick and easy to contact Niki and find out some information before going ahead with the piercing's. Niki is very friendly and also very professional, made me feel at ease and gone at a steady pace as to not rush the process. I'd definitely recommending going to Sero Aesthetics Clinic.

This is my 1st time in the Aesthetic world and these lovely ladies have made it easy for me. It was very nerve wrecking as I didn't know what to expect but after the consultation, I was feeling positive about what I wanted. I recommend Sero Aesthetic if you thinking about it and the ladies are very knowledgeable and will make u feel at ease

Niki and Carly are amazing, so friendly and knowledgeable. I've had lip fillers before but not with Sero and they made me feel relaxed and reassured! At no point did I feel rushed or pressured, everything was done at a very calm pace and they took time to check in with me all throughout the process. Super happy with the results, will definitely be booking in again. Thank you both!

I had a very comfortable and welcoming experience here at ‘sero aesthetics’.
I was a little nervous about the treatment I was having but the ladies put me at ease.

Just had my first session at Sero with Niki. Although everything was explained in the initial consultation, she went through it all again with me, just to make sure I was still confident that this was right for me. Also a detailed medical history was taken.
Very impressed with the service given so far. The treatment was carried out very professionally and I am looking forward to the next one in a months time.

If I could mark this higher then I would!! This is the best botox I have ever had! Even Carly as a trainer is better than anyone I had experienced prior! They took their time and marked up so well and professionally they really care! less pain, less swelling, more natural. Niki is a fabulous trainer as well which makes it even more of a 5star environment.

I will definitely be back again!!

Had lip fillers done by Niki, she is so knowledgeable and goes through everything beforehand also answering any questions I had. It was my first time having anything done and she certainly made me feel relaxed and I felt in very safe hands.

I had a great first time experience at Sero having dermplaning, microneedling and botox treatments.

The girls were very helpful, knowledgeable and reassuring- I didnt feel silly asking any questions, although there wasn't much left to discuss as they were very thorough with their information from the first discussion right up until the appoinment and after.

Niki is so professional, always explains the treatment fully before hand. She makes you feel at ease and gives her expertise to make the treatment, personal for you to gain the best results. I have had cheek filler 3 times at Sero. Niki listens to exactly what you want but will also offer advice on what will look best. Both ladies are invested in their clients and really care about them, their lives and how they look/feel. I was very nervous my first time and Niki didn’t rush me even when we ran over time, she talked to me and gave me a bottle of water, opened windows and made me feel at ease. Anywhere else I probably wouldn’t of felt comfortable to have it done, even though I really wanted too. Brilliant service.

I had microneedling done by Carly and have already booked in for my next session. Both Niki and Carly were so friendly and welcoming. They explained the whole process to me, answered any questions I had and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I would definitely recommend to anyone.
