I wouldn't trust anybody else to carry out any treatments on me as Nikki is so knowledgeable and makes sure I feel comfortable at all times. I can get nervous before having fillers, Nikki and Carley fully understand this and do everything they can to put me at ease (including letting me hold stuffed toy Coco 😆) I know Nikki and Carley will always put their clients first and won't carry out any treatment unless its safe and they think the end result will look good. My only regret is that I waited so long to get lip filler as I can now wear lipstick with confidence, thank you so much x

At the age of 62 had my first ever lip fillers, Niki explained the procedure thoroughly and her main concern was what I wanted to get out of it.

I have been to Sero Aesthetics twice so far as part of a course of Aqualyx. Niki and Carly are both so friendly and approachable that they easily put any nerves at rest and make you feel so welcome. They are extremely professional; everything is so clearly explained and they really take the time to talk through things with you to ensure you're happy and are fully aware of what to expect during and after the treatment. My results so far have been brilliant and I look forward to seeing the end result (and possibly booking in for a dermaplaning treatment too!)

Amazing from consultation to after-care. Niki and Carly know their stuff, were honest about what I could expect from treatments, and put me completely at ease. A very personal feeling service, not about trying to sell their products, or push treatments on me, I love these girls and the way they made me feel during the whole process, not to mention the fact I felt amazing on my Wedding Day!

Nice friendly people who are professional, knowledgeable and caring. They take time to explain exactly what procedures they are going to carry out and then at each stage explain again to ensure that you are prepared and comfortable.

Where do I start .
I went In wanting to look fresher and little more youthful ( I personally don’t want people to know iv had work) I was scared apprehensive and a little worried I wanted to meet Nikki personally before I decided whether to go ahead .
Nikki took in every thing from my worries to my expectations , I had my treatments done I am so pleased iv had so many comments on how well I look (not fake ) just well I will be defiantly repeating my treatments and having extra treatments 🤭🤫of your thinking of going to Nikki and Carly I would highly recommend them thank you girls

I was really uncertain about having any kind of work carried out as I'd seen so many people looking very obviously 'fake'.
I've lost a lot of weigh recently and wanted my face to reflect the fact I am much happier in myself. I just wanted a freshen up.
Niki was amazing and answered every question and worry I had without pressurising or hard selling. I spent a long time looking through her work and loved the fact you could see the person looked different (well) but you couldn't see exactly what was done (no duck pouts or tight shiny foreheads).

I have had botox and dermal fillers and am blown away by the results. No one has noticed other than I keep being told I look really well and glowing. I am so happy and love looking in the mirror now as I feel so much more confident in myself its great.

I cant recommend Sero Aesthetics enough. Nothing is too much trouble and they answer all questions honestly and quickly. They will also say no if they think a treatment wont work or will be over the top. Priceless.
