Two years of a great rental experience
We rented office space for just over two years at Devonshire House, One Mayfair Place. Joelle Nader was the office manager throughout our time. Her service and speed of response was excellent throughout. The reception team were also very good, helpful and friendly.
The quality of space and facilities were excellent. We were very happy to hold client meetings as the environment was very good. Servcorp is not the cheapest, but read the contract and T&Cs to avoid any surprises.
A great experience. Thank you to ServCorp.
Best wishes
Ralph
Great office location at the heart of the City
Have been based in the ServCorp Leadenhall Office since March 2025. It has been a pleasure to be based in such a great location at the heart of the City.
The reception team have been very helpful and setting up our office was straight forward. The amenities are good, including a clean kitchen, break out areas and individual booths to work privately.
Our guests have remarked that they were impressed to visit our office.
Would recommend to anyone looking to base themselves in the City.
Rent Increased Three Times Without Notification
I would like to draw the attention of the higher authorities.
My rent was already active and I was paying it regularly. Then the rent was increased in April 2025. After that, the increased rent was raised again in September 2025, and once more in October 2025. Why is this happening? Why is no email or notice issued before raising the rent? I would like to understand why my rent is increasing repeatedly without any proper communication.
I emailed the responsible department on 5th October and have called several times over the past 3 weeks, including today. I spoke with the Manager once, and she said she would look into the matter. After that, there has been no response from the Manager. In this situation, can anyone claim that there is minimum standard service here, or is it simply taking money from people without accountability?
I would like Servcorp’s incident/issue investigation team or the appropriate department to monitor this matter closely. If a client visits your office once and receives this kind of experience, they will not come back a second time because no one wants to knowingly return to a problematic situation.
You should maintain a proper official system. You are increasing the rent, yet you are not sending even a simple notification email. You are breaking all standard rules and continuously taking extra money month after month in the name of rent increases. What is this?
Another scam service
Another scam service. Would not recommend. They can promise everything to you, but you will get absolutely nothing. Stay away from them. The only way they rank on Google is because they buy their reviews and backlinks. Even a loud coffee shop is a better option then their spaces.
When you step through the doors of…
When you step through the doors of Servcorp, The Leadenhall Building, there is a calming and professional presence which I love as I have not been able to find this anywhere in other shared office space. The team are great here, they couldn’t do enough for you.
They know how to hire !
I work in the Leadenhall hall building on the 30th floor. The ladies who work for Servcorp are incredible. Friendly, outgoing and nothing is ever too much for them to help.
They remember birthdays, serve spontaneous treats and generally make the office a positive place to be.
I’ve worked in a number of officers, with a large quantity of office staff but I can genuinely say Kate, Grace, Daniella and Mehdia are the best I’ve come across.
Team Ozzie simply phenomenal
Ozzie and her team at Canary Wharf have made a massive difference for my business. The dedicated support with professional care and understanding of my business has made working life happier and financially sound.
Thank you

Dani Carter and her team at Leadenhall…
Dani Carter and her team at Leadenhall have been professional and exemplary in helping my business settle. We have been at Leadenhall for 5 months now and the high standards have been maintained.
Would definitely recommend. Thank you.
Team of scammers and rippers.
Leadenhall Building Servcorp Scammers
Leadenhall Building they are Total scammers and unethical companies. I will charge you £18 for leaving a cup in the sink.£10 to print plus £1 a page. There are no meeting rooms, only a boardroom for £120 per hour, with a minimum of a 4-hour booking. No access to the building for 4 months, which they deem acceptable, yet other tenants come in after and walk around with cards. They will think you stupid
Please do not believe anything they tell you will lie to your face on termination clauses. I was caught with an outright lie. Also they will try to charge you 2 months' rent to leave a small office for an alledged refurb. £23,000 mandatory fee for leaving a small office after 1 year they hike the rent by 50%. All the other co-working spaces in the area know of their reputation. It is common knowledge they are leeches. Eveything about the place is a dump. The management seem to be aware and totally complicit I would not rcommend anyone using these office they are the equvalanr to slum landlords.
Appaulling service / avoid Ozzie !
Appaulling service ! Wherr do I start ?! Ozzie the team leader was barely able to give me pricing via the online chat !
I was then required to fill out multiple forms which took over 1 hour and was then asked to fill out my business details when I explainec multiple times i am an individual and do not have a business !!!
Such poor service! AVOID !!!!
its okay but need to chase alot
It's okay but i am having to email a lot and chase for responses invoicing etc
Absolutely the worst
It is absolutely impossible to get anything done
You have to chase for weeks and weeks
You will recieve ridiculous penalties for things you have not done
They never reply to emails once you're on-board
We tried emailing the head office through the contact portal they give us a login for and they don't reply
Absolutely appalling

Update: they don't reply to the email they tell you to contact in the trustpilot response

Great management and team
Great management and team of the Canary Wharf Servcorp very welcoming, especially helping onboard me as a Virtual office client was seamless and reaping the rewards of their services which has already helped my sales growth.
Dishonest and very poorly run!
Dishonest and very poorly run!
Stay away as they will overcharge and be very dishonest with sales tactics!

We just opened a London office and had several people in the space this past week. The service could not have been better. Daniella , the manager and Katie Woodham the administative secretary provided attentive and prompt help and advice. Every detail was attended to with a smail and a warmth. We are thrilled!
This place is a rip off
This place is a rip off. I rang for a virtual office address and was quoted a fortune. In the end someone told me about a company in Knightsbridge that charged just £30 per month for a business address and Companies House registration.
i hope you're ready to be treated as a milk cow
This serviced office is probably the worst services offices ever. I have spent a year and half in this office space.
First of all they over invoice everything they provide, including a static IP address at £200 pcm when it should cost nothing, if the receptionist provides with one service you get invoiced £18,
You must pay to receive big parcels as well because it uses the goods lift when it is free to use it, if you wish to have an access card you have to pay around £100 plus the cost for the receptionist to
order the pass (no cost originally but they do invoice one) otherwise you must Id yourself at the building's reception every day to get a temporary pass.
They auto renew your contract and increase basic costs by 10% at least, it is way more than the inflation rate.
everything you ask them is invoiced systematically, if you think you are going to pay the stated price, you are going to pay double at least every month.
On the contract, you sign for paying 2 months rental and 3 months of virtual membership when you leave your office space, and they do not tell you this before subscribing.
Just a super greedy serviced office, if you use over 15gb of internet per month, you must pay another internet subscription, which is easily hit for a financial company for example.
They have an unfair pricing policy, probably based on your characteristics, i have been able to compare different pricing for different people for the same space and it is outrageous.
They do not pay their rent (their lease with the building) on time, and I had echo of a very long period with no rent payment, still they dare threatening shutting down businesses in the next hours by suspending services and access
If you do not pay your invoice by 20 days, leaving you no solution should you have an exceptional major problem affecting your company for example.
Regarding the deposits you give, 2 months of deposits, some clients that left the office have not gotten back their deposits for no reason, in fact it is notorious they do not give back deposits.
I have caught COVID, and this went undetected by multiple tests until the 9th days after the first positive, so I was quite sick every day in this office for at least 8 days, thus spreading covid all over the floor, when I have notified the positive covid test, Rebecca, the team leader has not managed to ask clients to get tested or isolate and just left clients potentially with COVID, in a few words, she could not care less about breaking covid transmission in the floor.
A few days before, some unidentified builders were entering into offices, on a Saturday where confidential documents are stored without notice, sometime leaving offices door for some time, leaving confidential documents exposed to anyone in the floor. This is outrageous!!!
The fit out is outdated and ugly, the walls are not soundproof so everyone around my office can hear my conversations.
The only positive side is the quality of the coffee.
There are plenty of solutions way better than this one, a competitor at 100 Bishopsgate is cheaper, more modern, offers bigger spaces than Servcorp and with honest people.
After a year and half there, I advise you to avoid Servcorp at all!!!
Fantastic quality service
Fantastic quality service. Treated with respect and understanding. Thank you
Excellent co-working space at Servcorp Mayfair
I could never thank Adele Pascale, Team Leader at Servcorp Mayfair for introducing me to this excellent office. She has been very proactive and professional in showing me all the benefits and business potentials that such a gorgeous co-working space entails. After nearly a year from establishing my office in this location, I can't really ask for more. Servcorp community is certainly more than a simple, collaborative and creative workspace: they offer state of the art technology and applications to increase your productivity, courtesy and extreme professionalism to support your business and your clients. I would undoubtedly recommend this office to any company or freelancer.
