Harriett and Rebecca were amazing to work with to get us up and going at the Leadenhall location! We signed up and quickly had to change our lease to a larger office and the ladies were flawless getting us handled, invoicing sorted out, and our team set up in the new space. They were so responsive, friendly and easy to work with - absolutely recommend!!

The reception staff are welcoming and friendly, professional and efficient - we can't fault them.

We moved to London in June to open a second office and the experience with Servcorp Mayfair has been great. A special thanks to Adele Pascale and her team who have been amazing. They have gone above and beyond to make our transition to the UK as smooth and as easy as possible.

I am in Mayfair and the condition of the building is amazing, needless to say, the location is charming. Staff is also caring, friendly and helpful. ServCorp is a definite start-up place for building your own business with its great amenities in the heart of the city.

I was a client of Servcorp Mayfair for a period of 12 months in 2017.

I have to say it has been a truly disappointing experience and I can only question the seriousness of the other Trustpilot reviews here.

Below is a list of facts that has happened to me; if may or may not happen to you:
- Over a period of 2 weeks, I've been changed location 4-5 times with either no notice or a 5 minutes notice, literally just coming to the office the next day to find my stuff moved to another part of the floor.
- Extremely opaque pricing structure; I have been charged for things like "not pushing the chairs back to the table in a conference room after the conference - 20£ ish" and "having someone give me a deliveroo from the reception - 9£". Moved an extra chair into an office ? 40£ per month. And you won't know about it until the invoice comes and it's too late.
- Took me 6 months to get back my deposit and circa 10 follow-up e-mails.
- When I left, I kept the address on our website for an extra day, they then said that it meant I'm now using some kind of virtual address package even though I never signed for it, nor ever agreed to it; and that I could cancel it with one month notice if I wanted to.... even though I wasn't there anymore, I had left.

Most of the people that I saw on day one were no longer there when I left a year later.

I have been very impressed by Servcorp's London offices - in particular the staff’s flexibility, professionalism and dedication to customer service makes working their a pleasurable experience. Also worthy of note are the co-working spaces, which give a great variety of different spaces to work in, or take a break. Highly recommended.
