First time doing a modded server, so I'm glad that its super easy to set up. Can be a little expensive but for what you're offered (ease of access, good customer support, etc.) its worth the extra bit.

Best servers, best support when you need it.

I have been using ServerMiner on and off for a few years now. Mainly cause the friends I come in with end up no longer playing. HOWEVER that has nothing to do with the server service itself. ServerMiner does an excellent job giving you the right tools to set up a server, and easily mind you. If you do end up with an issue the support team have always been their in a timely manner (within a 24 hour mark) to help with the majority of problems you will come across. I recommend ServerMiner to anyone looking to host their own server regardless if it's short term or long term.

The server was nearly, completely, lag-less. None of my friends had any complaints about lag. The staff was also very responsive and helpful. They usually responded to any questions, problems, or errors, within the day. They even went out of their way to help with my mod pack creation, as I kept missing things, which caused the server to crash. I highly recommend them, even though they may not have THE best prices out there, they definitely have ONE of the best, and great service!

Every time I have an issue or problem, they fix it almost immediately and are also super friendly

No lag at all (except when it would auto save but thats just a few seconds) and very friendly customer support. Modpacks work with little to no effort and having friends join is so simple.10/10 if your looking for a server host, this is you place

the problems solved in like few mins only switching server was insanely fast mods were added in few sec everything was amazing i really like it so much the person was so nice and whenever i ask more he do it in sec even i make him crazy with request and question

Brilliant support and really reasonable prices for their servers.

Recently some of ServerMiner's Utah servers were compromised due to a fire which is a pretty awful situation for all parties involved. I'm rating ServerMiner at 5 stars even through all of this. The moment things went down, they reached out to me to give me updates on the situation, and even gave me a free temporary server elsewhere while things are being patched up. Honestly it's some of the best customer service I've experienced. I'll definitely continue to use their services in the future.

Serverminer has made all of what I need to run my own server easy and accessible. They provide clear tutorials for most issues on the site itself and the help staff has been very good to me the handful of times I had any problems.
The ease of use is great and the wide array of options at your disposal makes managing your server easy!

When my friends and I wanted to get a Modded Minecraft Server, our friends and I were faced with many issues trying to get it up and running by ourselves without constantly hitting Minecraft's basic server limits, and would end up forcefully closing the server on us.

That's when my brother recommended Serverminer for our use, as one of his friends uses ServerMiner for a Valhesia server himself! We bought the service, and we were quick to get it set up with our custom modpack. Aside from some initial issues on getting the server to work initially, the support desk was quick to pick up one of our support tickets, and was even quicker to helping us get the issues resolved (I was just missing a mod and didn't even realize it, go figure!).

We've had this service for about 3 days now, and we've had minimal issues. Any issues that HAVE come up, we were able to get solved really quickly, and without any extra problems.

On both occasions, the support desk member Chris D. was super helpful, and was always able to provide us with a solution of some sort. I'd definitely recommend this service to many of my other friends, and I hope to see this wonderful service prosper! Keep up the great work, ServerMiner!

Support is quick to respond to tickets, and resolves them in a timely manner. The site made it easy for me to set up my own servers, and when ever there was an issue I ran into, support quickly solved the problem.
I have been a customer for over a year and greatly appreciate the services provided.

Not only can you make servers really easily, but you can make them with mods installed as well! The staff who helped me get some minor problems fixed did it really quickly and with no problems at all! Easily 5 stars.
