Felix helped us with an issue we were having on our server. It turned out to be a relatively easy fix but we had to go through a whole lot of trouble shooting to get there. Once we connected on discord, Felix was always really quick to respond and explained things thoroughly to make sure we knew what we were doing. 10/10 would recommend :)

Great Server Hosting for modded Minecraft!
Find it a bit gross that I have to pay an extra $10 just for a bit of mod support.

Truly outstanding!
The customer support is truly outstanding - within only a few minutes, there was a reply to my support request, then the CEO of the company himself came in to assist, spending hours debugging just to help me. The product itself is incredibly stable and cheap, even while playing modded. The modpack selection is absolutely massive, just to top it all off.
Quite possibly the best MC server hosting experience I've had.

We had some problem with our server so we contacted them but sadly it took some time as Josh didnt Want to reply but out of the Depths of Darkness our Hero James heroically came to assist us deleting the bugged Horse Skeleton fixing the server once and for all .

Never got stoneblock 2 to work
First I couldn't even install it because of random error, had to contact support. Then it just didn't work. Also, they should've mentioned some servers need more RAM when there was the options for purchase. Very misleading, huge waste of time and money.

We've taken a closer look at your server and it appears that your StoneBlock 2 server is working correctly. Looking at your server's log files, it appears that you were trying to connect to your server using a Vanilla Minecraft client. To connect to a modded server, you need to install the same mods onto your computer otherwise the server will reject the connection with a missing mods exception.
We're unsure why you didn't contact us directly regarding this as we'd of been more than happy to assist you. Installing StoneBlock 2 onto your computer is a really simple process and can be done in just a few minutes.
We've tried to get in contact with you but we haven't heard back from you yet. Could you please get in touch via email james@serverminer.com ?
If you've changed your mind about hosting a server, we're more than happy to provide you a refund but please get in touch as we're unable to help you unless you contact us.

Glad you're enjoying your server! We use a third party service called Braintree (which is a PayPal owned company) which handles all card payments. We don't actually hold any card information so you can rest assured that your card info is safe :-)
