Simply this was a great experience. Car collected, informed at all times of progress, delivered at home and the whole process and team were faultless. As a busy person this service was perfect and without hassle. Pricing was very good and i am happy to say, no need to feel nervous of my car at a garage not knowing if they are genuine with their diagnostics… thank you SMC.com.

Gave my car in for service they damaged the brake pipe and returned me a dangerous vehicle there was no leak at all before as i drive the car everyday to travel to work the company didn't take liability and said the leak was pre existing.

Worst experience, don't fall in there trap.
All false promised.
U will not get ur car back in days or 2 days time
u will get a long list of services required.
things will keep on delaying 1s u send ur car
no proper and dedicated person, every time new person

After purchasing a service contract, issues arose from the first major service related to the sudden stalling of my Lincoln MKC. I sent back the car and I was told that these issues had been resolved after I forked out another 1625 AED for new parts and labour.

Two weeks in to then driving the car, it was obvious that the same problems remained and that previous repair work done by "Service My Car" had resolved nothing! These guys don't know what they are doing and are working on the basis of "trial and error"!

Now, they are asking for payment of 4685 AED, for work which they are not certain will resolve the stalling issues for good. Absolute timewasters and a dishonest company with no basic business ethics!

I now want a full refund for the service contract and for the work done so far!

Just fantastic service from beginning to end. Kept me updated the whole way through, did everything they said they would (times collecting and dropping my car home, called me about parts needed etc). Naz dealt with my calls and you couldn't find a nicer person. Andy (I think) who took my car and brought it home was fabulous and went through everything with a fine tooth comb so I knew I was in safe hands. Couldn't ask for better service 11 out of 10! See you next years guys 😁

I had a major service for my Audi Q3 with them as i was okay with the quality of one of the previous services done in Sep 2021.

Why i am not happy ?

1. They charged me the full amount (420 AED) though i supplied my own engine oil, air filter, ac filter, spark plugs. The car was not clean when i received it. for a 4.6l Engine capacity, i gave them (4+1) 5 L Engine oil and asked them to share the bottles with me to assure that they use this oil and not something else in the engine. I did not recieve the empty bottle / or the bottle with left over oil.
2. The car was not clean. Not even vacuumed properly.
3. When i raised these concerns, they responded back with a standard " We apologise ....." call.
4. They were not willing to return the car on time and wanted to keep for a day more.
5. The inspection report they provide is very basic. They dont provide any pictures of defects rather trivial details like tyre pressure, coolant level etc..

Used them for the first time today. Really quick and easy service, and they were really nice to deal with. Would definitely recommend.

Very bad experience with "Service my car"
They kept my car for 4 days to do a routine service check and minor repairs. The charges applied were really overpriced. It was impossible to get hold of the person in charge of the case, with a time consuming hotline always saying that he will call me back later. They even made some scratches to my car and dared telling me that it was already there before... I will definitively avoid them in the future

Used for my service and MOT, booked over the phone as had a small issue using the app but overall customer service was excellent and really friendly!
Super easy to arrange, picked car up from my work and kept me updated with progress.

I would give 0 stars if possible. They have had my car for almost 8 weeks and it is still not fixed and they have no ETA. Initially i was impressed as they recommended some of the repairs were not worth investing in as it is an older car. However, they continued to "discover" more issues as they progressed and repairs costs increased above the amount I had initially discussed with them that was viable. The last request for additional approval came and I only gave my approval contingent on the car being ready in time for an event I needed it for. That time has come and long past. As of writing, I am 2 days past the last date I was provided for completion and when I followed up I found it had failed their QC and was with the technicians. Still no car and no idea when I will get it.

i had a very bad experience ...unless you want your car screwed up....and piles up with more and more money added to your service.
i had given my car for service and as a result the car comes back with the same condition while the amount has been paid. Very frustrated ...

Absolutely the worst service i have had from any company servicing a car in over 40 years of Driving, they claim to be specialists in several models, give you a report whats wrong then tell you they can't do the work because they can't get parts. Pointless taking any vehicle to them, amateurs

I read the reviews and was a little dubious about using servicemycar. My Kia Picanto was due a service and the RTA test and they offered convenience so I took my chance, and I am so glad that I did.

From start to finish, the service was fantastic, they arrived on time to collect my vehicle and I was kept updated on progress, provided a video of the 360 inspection and shown a concern with a small leak. The quotation broke down the costs, and I was provided the option to accept or reject this work. I found it acceptable and went ahead with the repairs.

Unfortunately, I had a family bereavement that meant I had to fly out of the UAE instantly, whilst servicemycar still had my car....why did I even worry?.... their customer service (Mary) was so helpful and offered a few solutions. My car was repaired, tested, a convenient link sent for payment and my car returned to my home ready for my return. On return, I have been back and on notification to servicemycar, my key has been returned to me...GREAT SERVICE!!

I will use servicemycar again, great service, helpful and convenient.

They were very busy, but took the time to talk to me and work me into the schedule. I needed lots of work done, asked me my budget, and came very close to hitting it. I needed more work than we discussed, and they took care of it. No surprises, good honest place.

Super helpful and friendly! Very prompt! My car sat on the lot of another auto body shop for 9 days without even being diagnosed. At ServiceMyCar I got my car in within 2 days are were able to fix it immediately!
