Customer Service & Product 2nd to None
I bought a pair of their corduroy trousers really good fit and the product was well made. I had a slight issue which was no fault of service works. This was dealt with very well. I highly recommend buying from them.

Service Works kills it!
As a non UK residence (living in Sweden) I was a lil' hesitant from making an order (customs/shipping etc). Threw an email to the guys at Service Works and got such professional and helpful guidance from Charlie at Service Works with sizing and such.
Received my package about 7 days after ordering. All calculations at the checkout is spot on and didn't have to pay any customs.
Bought a Trade set (pants and shirt). Sizing was spot on and these are probably the most comfortable clothes I've ever worn. Perfect for just being comfy around the house, casual dress up and it's clearly they're made for kitchen work as they're a delight to wear while cooking. Light and comfortable with no shortcuts on the quality.
Probably won't take them off ever again. Can't wait to get some wear and creasing on them. As it's cleary these will age beautifully. Next up: Need to get more colors and the classic one!

I ordered online the classic chef pants. It's a high quality product, well-designed, truly comfortable and seemingly durable (time will tell). Also, their sizing chart is really helpful.
Regarding their team and service, there were some issues with my delivery that they kindly solved (special mention to Jess who was always willing to help).
