Avoid this place if you ever want to see your car again. My BMW was stuck here for 8 months – eight months of constant arguments, drama, and unprofessional behavior. I brought a fully functional replacement engine, and all they had to do was a 1:1 swap. Instead, they ignored instructions and wasted months of my time. Then they returned the car with a non-functional oil sensor as 'repaired'?! This is extremely dangerous and shows a complete lack of quality control. They clearly don't care about the safety of the vehicles they work on. This is by far the most unprofessional service experience I have ever had. BMW AG is already involved and I trust that this garage soon will no longer be an official partner. If you value your car and your time, go somewhere else

I have used this company 3 times now and always had the best experience. The process is seamless. Nansy is there promptly to meet you, hand over the car and see you on your way. I have only ever hired a basic Fiat but they have always been reliable and kept in good condition. If there are any issues it is possible to contact Servin for assistance.

We required a small/medium sized car for eleven days regarding our visit to the Peloponnese with full insurance. The process was easy and at a competitive price! Nansy's communication throughout was first class and with all the legal requirements completed prior to our holiday, we collected the car on landing at Kalamata and drove away within minutes. Returning the car was also simple. Would recommend one hundred percent 100%!!

We rented a car for three weeks during our holiday. The car was very nice and clean. When we arrived, the car was ready to go from the airport. Drop off also was very easy at the airport.

We have just returned from the Peloponnese having hired a car for the week via Nansy from Servin Kalamatas. This is the second time in the past year that we have hired a car from Nansy and we cannot recommend this company highly enough! The cars we have had have always been brilliant, so clean and reliable - they come with a full tank of petrol and the service received at pick up and drop off has always been so friendly and efficient. We hired a small car for 5 days from Servin Kalamatas BMW. The process from start to finish was fantastic. Nansy made things super easy, nothing was too much trouble, and the price was the best we found. Nansy kindly met us at the bus station in Kalamata with the car and met us again at the airport at the end of our trip to collect the car. The car was in great condition, lovely and clean inside and out and it coped with the Greek roads very well. Everything was spot on! I would recommend Servin Kalamata BMW to anyone who wants to hire a car from Kalamata Airport. We had emailed Nansy to confirm flight details and Nansy, who is very polite and friendly, and the car were waiting for us when our flight landed. The paperwork was completed with minimum effort. The small car we had requested was well maintained and the price was very competitive. Nansy was waiting for us upon our return to the airport and once again the handover was quick and efficient. We will be using Servin Kalamata BMW again for next years car hire.

This was probably the best car hire experience i had within the last 30 years - as mentioned before by others we were greeted at the Airport by smiling and very friendly Nansy - the paperwork was done quickly (good as it approached 40degrees on this day) we drove off in a well maintained small car (as ordered) - half way through the holidays the car did not start and despite help from locals we could not get moving - a quick call to Nansy and an hour later she arrived with another well maintained car - she offered to pay for a taxi to take us to our apartment in the hills but we declined as we already received great service - on return it was even easier - a quick check if any obvious damage and than a friendly goodbye with the olive oil gift - No pressure sale, extras or anything that other (well known) company would try to sell you - just an absolute honest business transaction with a very friendly representative for the company- It was a pleasure to rent the car from Servis BMW Kalamata.
