Stephan treated me for a back problem and gave me exercises to do at home. I was very pleased with the treatment l received and would highly recommend him if you need physio.

Stefan has treated me on several occasions for a number of years for an issue with my neck and back. It tends to flare up every now and again, but each time he leaves me pain free. He’s a total professional and has always made me feel at ease. Would (and do) highly recommend Stefan.

Stefan has made a huge impact to the pain I have had in my shoulders and with my feet. He has gone above and beyond to not only help with my pains, but has given me exercises to try and prevent any further issues. I can recommend him 100%.

Seven Hills is an excellent physio clinic. Stefan is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and is able to diagnose problems quickly. He gives clear instructions for exercises to do at home and treats symptoms with expertise and care. I had been in pain for several years and thought it was something that I just had to put up with, however with careful and professional treatment, the pain is now at a minimum. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Seven Hills.
