Rehabilitation
I broke my leg 12 weeks ago and with Stefan’s guidance and help , I have managed to make a lot of progress with my rehabilitation and am cycling and walking normally again .
He was very encouraging and gave me the appropriate advice and exercises at progressive stages of my recovery.
He is a friendly and approachable therapist and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is seeking help with their mobility.

Really professional service
Really professional service, When booking the next appointment there was always a good variation of slots which helps as I have a business. I was never kept waiting when visiting for an appointment.
The advice and treatment given really made a difference to my recovery and Stefan was engaging and explained everything in simple terms, he didn't use jargon which i found refreshing.

Stefan was fantastic
Stefan was fantastic. He listened and understood my ailments and treated them. After a major car accident and concerns about lasting damage, Stefan got me fully sorted with regular sessions over a two/three month period. He is also a great guy and I looked forward to my sessions. Could not recommend him enough

Stefan was fantastic, he talked me through everything he was doing and how my injury was progressing. He was great at finding times and dates that suited me. It was a really relaxed and friendly environment. First time having physio and if need again I would definitely pick here as my first choice.

I’ve been going to Stef now for a number of years. Been a trades man I always suffered with knee and back pain.
Stef always helps ease the pain and give great advice for keeping the pain away with some simple exercises.

Great job sorting me out following ACL reconstruction surgery. Leg is much more flexible than it has been for years.
