Absolutely fantastic company, I ordered the bag bundle so received a bag, water bottle and matching pencil case. It is such great quality, great material and so handy with lots of very useful pockets and compartments. I'm so happy with my purchase. The customer service was also exceptional as I had to contact them regarding something and they responded and dealt with it promptly. Highly recommend and will definitely purchase from them again in the future.

I believe this bag has been incorrectly marketed as a practical bag with multiple storage solutions, that will show off your personality. Not only are these bags far too small to fit all your supplies, they must be treated like porcelain I'd you want them to survive the warranty period. I can attest to this, as my own bag ripped mere months after purchase - before you ask it was carrying well below the expected weight limit - and I was sent a replacement. To 17London's credit, the team was responsive and helpful. To their detriment, the second broke in the same manner not on month later. For a bag of this price (nearing 50 GBP) I would expect far more use at a far greater weight. I see now that when you buy an expensive bag, you are gambling over whether style or substance will win out. In 17London's case, you can imagine which did.

I was looking for a backpack for myself (an adult) to use for commuting/travel. Seventeen had a really lovely range and I think they've made them appealing to those of all ages, they look professional but fun. I bought the Canary Wharf backpack in dark grey and I love it and it's reasonably priced too - win win. Wouldn't hesitate recommending or purchasing again!

I got my Camden Backpack within a week. and by the way at this moment i’ve never spent such a huge amount of money on a website or anything like that so I was afraid it was fake etc. But it wasn’t. once i got the backpack (i also got the water-bottle) the backpack in colour was lilac same with the waterbottle. when they both came in such a nice wrapped up package it was so fresh and just nice. I love it. But i want to buy the black one next year since the backpack doesn’t match with my outfits 😭😭😭

Backpack is too small for an adult. Pointless to return because of shipping from USA.

Hello, I’ve ordered the bag from France and I really love it! It is beautiful, very handy, it has enough space, it is waterproof, it looks beautiful because of the size. My only complaint is that it was made in China and not the UK. For the price I’ve payed I didn’t expect it to come from China, I really hope that the works are fairly payed and not exploited.

Absolutely love my backpack! It was just what I needed - something that would comfortable for a day trip, carried all my essentials and looks great! I love all the compartments - it keeps me organised and the quality and finish of the product are excellent.

We literally spent weeks trying to find the perfect Y7 school backpack for our daughter.

Everything we looked at was a problem, not enough pockets, wrong colour, too big, too small, overpriced, "not asthetic", you name it.

The last week before school we'd all but given up when we stumbled across Seventeen London. We could not belive it, everything about the bag was EXACTLY what she wanted, the price was great and the delivery rapid.

Four weeks in, the bag looks new, superb quality all round.

The only negative is they are too hard to stumble across online!

Bought the Wimbledon bag in Green/Grey for my daughter starting secondary. Perfect bag for her - lots of compartments. Sensible features like hidden pocket for her valuables.
A bit of a hiccup in delivery, but Seventeen sorted out a replacement quickly. Very helpful customer service team.
Just need them to do a matching bus pass holder now :-)

I bought the Fulham backpack in lilac for my supplies as a teacher. It holds my laptop, planner and other stationery I need throughout the day. Very sturdy, brilliant waterproof material and stylish. It's also comfortable to wear. I love it and I'll definitely be buying more products from the brand.

Really loved the design and amount of pockets. The only thing that bothered me a bit was the size. I whish the bottle was at least 0.5 L and for the backpack to have been just a tad bit bigger to fit bigger laptops. But I am honestly very happy with the product and will probably buy from your company again when I have the chance <3
