These businesses are absolutely Chinese scammers.

If I could rate them 0 i would! do not trust these people brought a knife sharpener off them 5 weeks ago they haven’t returned any of my emails I can’t even get on the web site so I guess I’ve loss my money they are a scam!

DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM THIS WEBSITE! They market themselves as a small business but they do not send any products AT ALL after money is transferred. Save yourself some time and AVOID this completely it is a nightmare to try to reclaim cash WASTED on this fraudulent website!

I'm horrified to read other reviews. My story is the exact same. I ordered a garden chair (£68) on 28/12/22 after waiting around 2 weeks I contacted them on 13/01/23 I also received a reply from 'Michael' apologising that they'd forgotten to dispatch my order so I gave them another chance. I decided to follow up with the order on 07/02/23, to have the email bounce back. I've now put a claim in with my CC company. I decided to Google this company and this page was the first to show up. After reading reviews I now realise it was them who tried to go back into my CC and take more money by luck my CC company contacted me with a fraud alert, I spoke to the fraud dept they immediately cancelled my card & sent a new one out. At the time I didn't know who it was trying to take the money.

Unauthorised purchases on my debit card after I ordered an item from SEVOG. My bank statement arrived today showing three transactions with companies I had never heard of. The total amount was not large and will be refunded by the bank but this fraud was worrying and annoying.

Bit late now but placed an order from Sevog 28/12/22, money debited 29/12/22 and like the other reviews nothing received. Chased company up as no tracking number received; reply email from a Michael saying they had had rather alot of orders. No goods received and emails returned as email address not known. All a scam and got caught out by them.
The Credit Card used to make payment also had to be stopped as unknown transaction was trying to be taken; cannot say it was this company but appears from reviews below that this has happened to other people.
Shame didn't look at the reviews before using them but it seems they operated within a short time frame.
Thankfully company doesn't appear to exist anymore so one else can get caught out.

I sent for a monocular at the end of December, I was promised a tracking number which never came even after several emails. No replies from my emails since, their phone no. is dead, they cannot be reached. I have just checked my bank statement and they have been using my account !! I have had to cancel my card. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

They never returned any communications.
Item turned up nearly a month later, box was torn where it had been opened previously and item not manufactured correctly. A metal plate had not been installed.
They refused to acknowledge any issues in a timely manner. Credit card company is on the case as they started taking money from my bank account without authorisation. They stated I signed up to a subscription service, which I did not do. They cancelled the subscription after my credit card company kept blocking their attempted withdrawals. They now are offering 30% refund on something that does not work. In order to get 100% back I need to post it back the UAS. I am in the UK. They are nothing but scammers.
Now today they are blocking their emails. They also trade under different names such as SEVOG, SEVOG Shop and Sweet Dills.
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Never received my order paid £38 for a neck massager same as other customers first two emails I got a reply then emails started to bounce back and from the same 2 names as other customers a week later my card was used to purchase items in the USA where I believe these con artists trade from to much of a coincidence. DO NOT USE THIS WEB SITE. I have decided to use established online retailers based in the UK.

SCAM, DO NOT ORDER FRM THIS WEBSITE! Ordered a neck massager in December and never received it. Like the previous reviewer I’ve been onto them multiple times, had responses from Johann and Michael in customer service who have promised to pass my details on to their fulfilment team, and I should hear back from them in 3-5 days…then further I’ve sent to their customer support have bounced back saying the domain doesn’t exists?!
Also worth noting there’s been attempts at fraudulent payments on the card I used to pay for my order. I don’t think this is a coincidence.

Absolute SCAM, they take your money and extra for their VIP rewards that you don’t won’t.

Scam company I ordered an external HDD, they took my money. No refund despite me asking for one! Stay away! My emails keep bouncing back so I’ve possibly been blocked. Avoid these swindlers

Scam company. Paid for a cat bed - they took the money instantly. Received an email advising that I should expect a tracking code in 1-3 working days. Chased it from 5 days. After nearly 3 weeks of waiting for a dispatch confirmation and 2 unkept promises of updates and tracking numbers, they deactivated their customer service email. I have possibly been blocked? Raised it with Amex. Avoid!!!

I have been reading other people's reviews. I had an incident yesterday where a scam American company attempted to use my Amex card for a bogus gemstone purchase. I thought it was suspicious that I had been having issues with Sevog...and it would appear that this is also the experience of other people who have made purchases with them. Very worrying.

Order a necklace as an Xmas present still nothing . The customer email service just fob you off !! Absolute s hite

This is my second warning to all those who are thinking about ordering from this company.
DO NOT USE THEM, they are a complete SCAM COMPANY.

Please do not use this company, be mindful, do a quick google search . I asked for a refund. Had several correspondence, they have now deleted the email account, and I did not receive a refund. Item never arrived.

Purchased 2 neck massagers. One received, so I gues I was very lucky, and second still waiting. But got the feeling that I have to leave it as all e-mails are bouncing back as non existing domain. So no refund and no massager.....

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought 2 loungers, and received nothing. The money went to Sweet Dill… whoever they are!!! And the company on their online chat is Furniture Hauz. The telephone number is a scam…. And you never get an answer!!! Still waiting for refund…and still no goods. They need removing off the internet!!!!!

DO NOT BUY from this website, order placed at the beginning of December, products never arrived. Money taken from bank account. No costumer service. Response to emails saying order was being placed. I have had to go to my bank to dispute money coming out of my account which has now returned. This is not a company who will deliver your products Stay A
