Absolutely shocking!!

Absolutely shocking!!! Brought a coat 24.99 they then took £60.54 out of my acc!!! No email of confirmation nothing bank can’t help as it’s still pending so until the moneys gone out I can’t be helped absolutely disgusting scum of the earth right on Christmas!!!! Emails of being replied to either!!!

BUYER BEWARE - SCAM SITE!

I received no e-Mail confirmation of the order - in fact the item remained in the ‘basket’, which rang alarm bells. I then checked reviews - so wish I’d done this prior to proceeding with the purchase.
Immediately telephoned/e-mailed company to try to cancel order - no response.
The transaction on my credit card was pending so I contacted bank/credit card, who were not helpful at all.
When the payment went through a couple of days later, more money was charged to my credit card than was advised on the purchase (I took a screen print or the order number/details).
I’ve not been able to contact the company since - no response to telephone calls or to e-mails.
I cannot understand how this company is still showing as a prime site on Google - oh yes I can - it’s a sponsored ad!
Money talks.
The amount of negative reviews should be an indication to Google that something is wrong - yet it continues to promote this site on it’s feed. This is so irresponsible of Google.

SCAM ALSO SUBSCRIPTION BEWARE

I seem to be doing very badly at being scammed right now. Ordered item 21st November. No tracking number provided no email confirmation. Item has not arrived. Now 2nd December without warning they have taken a further £26. BEWARE SUBSCRIPTION LISTED ON EVERY PURCHASE AT CHECKOUT. However this says they will take 19.99 dollars after 30 days. After less than this they have taken the £26 from my account without any notice.I have tried to contact them via email but I don't suppose I will get an adequate response.

They scammed me

They scammed me. My bank got the money refunded. Then I check my bank statement a couple months later. They used my card details again to purchase something for themselves. Absolute scumbag company.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!

UPDATE!!
I received my order today but I was refunded by my bank ages ago and SEVOG isn't responding to my emails on what the hell I am supposed to do.
Also as soon as I reported it to the bank after they removed the second amount did they contact me with the order details.
PLEASE don't trust them. Don't do what I did
Guess what I am BACK AGAIN.
THOSE SCUMBAGS HAVE WITHDRAWN MONEY ON 3 DIFFERENT DATES AND I AM LOSING THE WILL WITH IT AS THEY KEEP SWITCHING ACCOUNTS SO THEY CAN'T BE BLOCKED.
THEY HAVE TAKEN OVER £60 IN TOTAL AND I AM CONSTANTLY CONTACTING MY BANK TO BLOCK THEM.
DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THEM!!!

Haven't received item

So I have changed my review as my item did end up showing up however I will not ever order from sevog again.
No way of contacting an actual human. Ringing and emailing dose not help what so ever as you will be lucky to get any sort of response.(other than a robot response)
I wasn't given a tracking number or any sort of confirmation. I did however get an order number that I took a screenshot of. I would say order at your risk its not given me any confidence in them.
Also it automatically signs you up for a subscription that allows them to take 25.00 pound out of your bank.

Ordered a product on the 7th November

Ordered a product on the 7th November, no confirmation, but money had been taken from my account, along with 2 lots of GBP transfer fees. so I emailed them and to be fair I did get a response and my product did arrive. (20th November) Then on the 1st December they took another lot of money and transfer fees. Not had a response this time from them, explaining why they are taking more money and have had to cancel my card.

I wish I had read the reviews before…

I wish I had read the reviews before placing an order. I ordered a blx ear buds from this company on 25/11/22 and I was told that the items will be with me 2 to 3 days. Until now, no delivery. They collected £40 from my account, and a further £25.
I contacted them by phone and email but no response from them.
KARMA will surely catch up with them. Do not buy anything from these SCAMMERS

Same thing here. Goods not delivered, couple weird ass emails written by some random in their mum’s basement, then stole a further £25 a few weeks later. How exactly does that work?? Presumably the payment isn’t encrypted so they get your details and just use them again a few weeks later and only take a small amount to lessen the chances of a flag up…? Lloyds better reimburse! With so many complaints how on earth isn’t the account frozen and it’s owner easily traced within one hour and punished? And why are google sponsoring scammers? I only went with this site because it was the very top of a google search, one of the “sponsored” ones. F***kin awful. This is how much the law really gives a shh*t about you.

Edit: Lloyds reimbursed instantly and informed me it’s an American based site labelled as a storage company lol. I’d really love to know how these days they create a bank and yet still remain anonymous when endless amounts of ID are needed to have one 🤔 Wouldn’t be surprised if it’s a gvnmnt psyop to usher in even more digital control over the masses 🙄🙄🥱🥱

don't buy from this company

as with all the reviews i haven't received my item was overcharged from my credit card but informed the credit card company to put a hold on further payment. will make a claim through my credit card company as the item is now too late for my use. the implication was that it would be with me in 1-3 days which Amazone managed in 1 day. i think this is a scam as suggested by others. Servog managed to take a further £25.81 by changing their name slightly so have blocked my card myself.

Ripped off big time

Do not buy anything from these rip off merchants. You may think you'll get a good deal but you'll be lucky if you receive anything at all . I've been waiting month's for a monocular I ordered but I've not received anything or had any notification of my order what so ever they have also taken money from my bank account without authorisation from me that had nothing to do with my initial order . I've emailed them in the UK and US but had no response. They tucked me up big time. So be warned. Order at your own risk. How they are allowed to operate is beyond me . Sevog is a bag of s@#t

Fraudsters - DO NOT ORDER

This is a warning to anybody reading, DO NOT order from this website. I was suspicious about this “business” from the moment I ordered and my gut instinct was correct. I never received any kind of order acknowledgment or confirmation email, if it wasn’t for a screenshot I took I wouldn’t have even known my order number. Days went by and nothing. I contacted their customer service, nothing. I contacted them again and they said there was a “delay” so I needed to wait. I waited and nothing. I contacted them again and again I was told I needed to wait. I checked these reviews again and saw many people had more money taken out of their bank accounts. I decided to check mine and saw that a further £25 was taken out. Immediately called my bank and they said I had been signed up to a sort of subscription service where they would continue to keep taking money out. I noticed their customer service chat is now called “furniture houz”. Already moving onto their next scamming venture? If you made the mistake of ordering please contact your bank.

Incorrect and terrible items half the value of what they offer, refusal to refund or return items

Update: MasterCard fraud team sorted it and I got my refund

Update: an item came. The wrong one. A cheaper version that was badly made and badly adorned in crappy pictures all over it. And they went let me return it because they say they need to find a new warehouse to return the item to. They're stalling and not refunding me. They even said they'd only refund me 20% at one point. I've gotten my bank involved but it's a long process. Avoid!!!!

I've been waiting nearly a month for my partners present. The same person from customer service is getting back to me now and then (probably an auto bot on the chat and email). He says thanks for supporting his small business and theres been loads of orders so it's taking a bit longer. It's definitely not a small business. A month is more than a bit. I asked for a refund and keep getting told things like he'll have to ask the warehouse or whatnot, but there's no refund so far and mixed messages on what's happening. I have got my bank, Monzo, to look into it as a fraud case, having read up about Sevog reviews. They're also under a different name on my bank statement, Zelioscorp and another name to they on the live chat, Furniturehouz. May take until April to resolve they said *facepalm*.

Total scammers - DO NOT USE!

Same experience as everyone else. I order a heated blanket last week for £70.99. Didn't receive a confirmation. They look more than the price of the blanket from my account. I tried contacting them via their contact email and got no response. I called their UK office and the number was not recognised which really rang alarm bells. I then noticed they'd taken an extra 25 quid from my bank account!! Thankfully my bank was brilliant and will reimburse me. I would give zero stars if that was an option!
