Avoid this company! They are based in the USA despite giving a UK address. The money they took was subject to a non sterling transaction fee! I had to spend hours on the phone to the bank to get my money back. They have been reported to action fraud. Customer service Is a joke; they even had the gall to ask me to leave feedback. I never received my money back or any indication they would refund me, just wooly emails. Stay away from this company unless you want to spend time trying to get your money back. Be aware they do not offer safe payment methods like PayPal either, this should tell you all you need to know!

Massive scam, do not purchase, avoid at all costs

This company advertise products and emphasis customer service and care.
We placed an order on the 6th Dec with a three day delivery as of today no delivery. They also increased the agreed price from £39 to £54 which they took from our debit card.
I contacted them a week ago cancelling and asking for a refund the only response is an automated response confirming the have my message. The only phone number thee show is in the USA although the have an address in the U.K.
This company needs a visit from the fraud squad.

These people have to be the worst I have ever come across. No customer service - no reply to queries - no real addresses on website all fictitious.
Yes I eventually received mini chainsaw BUT I have concerns about using it with loose chain.
They have taken more than one payment from my bank - I have alerted my bank to their activity and hope I can get refund. DO NOT TOUCH THIS SITE - I shall alert Trading Standards and get them taken down.

Similar problems like all the other buyers - no confirmation email, extra payment taken, subscription I never signed up for, so had them blocked from my bank. However, I did receive the mini chainsaw I bought but I am trying to seek refund through Sevog. Going through all the correct methods - emailing them, saving their replies and after 30 days will seek a refund through my credit card company. What I don’t get is how this company is still able to trade, and why haven’t all banks (uk at least) blocked them? Maybe there is just too much fraud about.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They sent item but it wasn’t as advertised and kept offering partial refund which I rejected. Then they took money for a subscription I didn’t ask for but then promised a refund on that. This obviously didn’t happen. Credit card company investigating and cancelled my card. Keep away from this company and Johan!

This company apparently based in Shepherds Bush in London. They advertised the garden sitter/kneeler at 50% discount, the original price being highlighted at £100.00. Having processed the purchase, I expected to receive a receipt through my email. As this did not arrive I tried to find their customer services email which proved impossible. The telephone number attached to the address was a +1 oversees number which I was unable to access. At this stage I doubted that the sale had been processed. The goods turned up at my home address on the 8/12/22, to my utter surprise, at which point I received a response from the Company, stating that they can see that the garden stool have been delivered. I discovered from my Bank today that the company took payment for the goods in $s which meant I paid over £80.00 for the goods (which includes overseas charges and added tax, instead of the £49.99 Sale Price stated. I have now discovered that this garden seat is being sold around the UK from/between £16.99 - £27/99. I realised now that I have been completely duped!

Do Not Buy- SCAM They sent me a cheap Chinese product of 8GB despite offering 32GB, they do not respond only a bot and items cannot be returned

Fraudulent, money just gets taken from your card with transaction fees and more money gets stolen after from your account with transactions fees, why do these things go unreported I will look to report it to One show BBC and every Tv program I can. Johan must be found. It has a business address in Shepherd’s Bush however this is an online fraudster. Beware!!

Again as everyone else we have been scammed also , they took more than expected and then took another 25 on a subscription that we didn't sign up for. Been a nightmare trying to stop that. Not sure even now if we have as if you cancel your card they can change subscription to new card. Just bloody awful.

This is the worst company I have ever traded with I received my order but when I emailed to ask why they had taken another payment from my card I have not received any reply I'm lucky the card I used is now out of date take my advice Do Not Use This Company

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.
I just wish I had checked this company out on Trustpilot before I ordered from them. I placed an order for an item at £18.95. A Christmas gift for a child. Not only have I received no goods,they do not answer any of my emails AND even worse they set up a recurring transaction and took money from my account that I did not authorise.
Basically they have stolen my money!

Scam. Same as everyone else on here. Bought item. No confirmation and or tracking. Never arrived. Took subsequent payments out. Contacted bank fraud team to try and retrieve money and also reported the site to gov cyber fraud. Hopefully they can do something before more people loose their money

Placed an order on 5.11.22 money taken from bank account immediately & converted to USD alarm bell rang when I did not get an order confirmation. waited the 5/7 days delivery as advised. Emailed I did get a response & my order was delivered a few days after, but it was not as per their picture poor cheaper version. Having read the reviews I will never use this company again then a short time after they had taken a further unauthorized payment of 25.81. I contacted my bank as the payments were taken under 2 different names. They have blocked them & advised if they do not refund me they will open a case against them. As all the other reviews please do not order from them total scammers I wish I had read the reviews first before I ordered anything. I do not understand how companies like this are allowed to carry on trading when it is evident that they are fraudulent something needs to be done!!!
