Affordable prices, great stock and awesome communication. Even when they run out of the yarn I already ordered, they gave me few options to choose from to continue with the order. Will ordered again

Item I ordered discontinued but still for sale on the website

I ordered a present & got an email saying- We will notify you when it has been sent.
8 days later I contacted the company to ask them if it had been posted as I hadn't been notified & responsed & said they didn't have any is the warehouse & I could email them to see if any came in the next day, get an alternative sent or a refund. The next day they did email me to say the item is discontinued so they won't have any in stock a few days later after my refund they are still for sale on thier website.

Great company

First time I had ordered from SewProCrafts Ltd. I had been unable to find the wools I wanted anywhere. SewProCrafts had all the wools I needed at a very reasonable price. Delivery was quick, items were well packaged and I received updates throughout until my items were delivered. I will definitely use this company again.
