Great Service
Well communicated, delivery slot as stated, emailed with links to track, they phoned the day before to confirm delivery slot even though they had emailed. They called when 10 mins away. Great guys, this is the 2nd time we have used them and will do again.

So far I am not impressed
So far I am not impressed! Delivery was due between 3-6pm. Its now 20.45. The only communication I've had is from a driver telling me he was 10 mins away, which turned out to be a delivery in Yorkshire!! No where near my house. He said the company must have mixed up the phone numbers!! There's no company number to call to find out what's going on. According to tracking im 1 stop away which has been the case for the last 3 hours!! When will these companies understand communication goes a long way!!! I'll be passing on my feedback to the company I made a purchase from as this incident will put me off purchasing from any company that uses this delivery company !!!

Great delivery service. Company phoned the day before delivery to confirm details. On delivery day, phoned me 30 minutes before delivery. Also emailed the day before and on delivery day. Delivery guys polite, friendly and professional.

The two men arrived and were just going to leave my bed at the front door. I had ordered from a furniture company that offered assembly in a room of choice so I was really shocked . I phoned the sellers and they confirmed that they had asked for delivery and assembly the two couriers told me that their manager didn’t put the assembly on their delivery instructions but when the couriers called their manager they agreed that it was SGKs mistake. Anyway it was resolved but I felt quite stressed and disappointed as I had looked forward to the arrival of the bed all day. It made me feel that I had messed up their remaining deliveries so it was a bit of an anti climax.

Late delivery
Informed me my delivery would be between 3.30pm & 4.00pm. By 5.00pm still not arrived. I called and they said they were running 15 -20mins late. Eventually arrived at 6.00pm! Polite drivers when they did arrive and they did apologise for being late. Better communication would have been appreciated so they could have kept me informed of their eta.
You cannot inspect the contents before they leave, so I do not know if everything has been delivered and in good order.

Avoid roseland
Ordered 8 chairs and a table from roselands, table was meant to be delivered in 1-5 working days and the chair 1-3 working days. I contacted roseland when I didn’t hear anything from there regarding my delivery, thats when they let me know they are waiting for 6 chairs to come into the warehouse. Fast forward 2 week later we got a text for delivery they delivered 6 chairs, we was missing 2 chairs and a table.. the items they had in the warehouse the whole time. I contacted roseland and they said they’d get in contact with the delivery company I hadn’t heard anything back from them but I got a random text from the delivery company to say they table and chairs will be delivered on a Friday. Poor communication from roselands and poor delivery from the delivery company to not delivery all my order in one.

Delivery guys a credit to the company
Communicated really well throughout the delivery. Arrived at the time they specified.
Massive shout out to the 2 lads that done the delivery. I have my arm in a sling so wasn't able to help as much as normal. They were polite and Concerned for my arm when I was trying to help. Thought quickly on the spot to manoveur a 200kg load. Deffinatley went above and beyond and should be commended for doing so.
