I was pleased to discover last week that Carpet Warehouse are still using SGK Distribution for their deliveries as when they delivered my carpet last year I thought they were excellent. They seem to be a cut above the other delivery firms I've had to experience: their communication is excellent, tracking on the day of delivery is available and the two-man team were able to place the carpet for storage where I wanted. Last week was no different when I ordered more carpet. Even though the delivery coincided with the arrival of Storm Austen, the carpet was still delivered within their 3-hour time slot. Excellent again! Thanks very much.

Disgraceful lying from delivery men
Disgraceful lying from delivery men! The washing machine packaging was wacked on one side and they assured me that the signature I gave was just to acknowledge delivery and not the condition. Reading up after delivery the signature was to accept the delivery in good condition and thus absolve the company of all liability for any delivery damage.
