Avoid these people

We had an appointment at 1pm to have our piano tuned and at 1:50pm we called to ask where he was, only to be given attitude by someone on the phone. It was shocking and hilarious in equal measures. They gave me the number of the actual engineer that was due at 1 so I called him to ask where he was. He seemed a little confused as to why I'd be calling him to ask of his whereabouts. When I said how long will you be, he replied "However long it takes me to get from this job to your house". Some services leave you feeling disappointed, but these guys had me questioning my own sanity!

Great Service

Really pleased with the service offered by Shackleford's (AKA Expert Piano Removals) who collected and delivered the piano in a friendly and efficient manner. The two guys kept in touch before the pick up and delivery so that everything went off without a hitch. Great value quote and would definitely recommend to family and friends.
