My stock market career started in the mid sixties.
I have used Sharepad and Sharescope for many years and the information and data provided is of a very high standard for both fundamental and technical analysis.
I would highly recommend the service.

I've been using sharepad for about 5 years now, and it's a good product. I had just renewed my annual subscription at a slightly increased rate and I received an email and partial refund the next day, as I had paid prior to the price increase, and paid £30 too much. Frankly, I probably would not have noticed the error, so a proactive refund like this is a much appreciated.

Peter addressed my enquiries in a easily understandable way and also, expertly described additional attributes and functions which will support my use of the platform.

Great tool and great customer support. Only wish that introductory training may be available sooner as need to wait a while for this. However, managed to find v good training online in the meantime. Peter is very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you.

Sharescope support understood my problem immediately and took control setting my Sharescope system to rights very quickly. I've used Sharescope for about 20 years and as the software works well and is easy to use I haven't had to use support very often but whenever I have they have always given quick and knowledgeable and successful help.

For no obvious reason the system was hanging after a recent update. I phoned tech support who answered almost immediately and then were extremely helpful in fixing the issue and checking everything was working properly.
Sadly, this level of support is now really exceptional and well worth praising.

Once again, a splendid response from Sharepad, another very happy ordinary customer but I have been from almost day one thirty+ years ago !!
I asked if they could modify a filter for particular share parameters on May 21st 2024 and got the filter deployed to my account by the development team the next day.

I have used Sharescope & now Sharepad, for many years.
The software is just what I need to manage my investments. Very simple to use.
The help line personnel are very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
I recommend this program for those new to investing as well as a professional.

Peter was patient, went through features of SharePad and then those that I wanted explaining. He then took me to a different level and showed me and set up more features that will be really useful. Although this was booked for half an hour, he spent very much longer. This is such a complex programme that it needs one to one tutorials that get to places that videos do not. Really good and a big thank you to Peter.

Whoever advised me on how to solve my jammed Sharescope program knew immediately what to do. It is a pleasure for an 83 year old to be helped by someone who knew immediately how to solve the problem. If only our Government and Civil Service were equally efficient!

Unfortunately I couldn’t download the team viewer but Peter Corrigan of Sharepad handled it well - talking me through the additional filters I’d asked for. Absolutely brilliant - many thanks for my tutorial.
