Wow terrible support for customers

Wow! Terrible customer service! Tried to contact via email and was made to answer the same questions over and over and finally instead of helping they tell me to call. I call and am told nothing about the refund (so why make me waste 20 minutes calling??) and to contact back if I don’t get the refund. Well big surprise I don’t get the refund and I tell them via email. They tell me to call again! Why? so they can tell me nothing again. All of this after I’ve confirmed that the refund was never sent and they confirmed that they received the product back and would issue a refund. What a joke! Never buying from this company again so I can avoid their customer support

Omg never buy from them directly the worst experience returning it’s been more than 15 days and still I did not get my money back when I called they just said is been escalated but nothing , I can’t dispute it because i bought it through affirm unfortunately

Horrendous experience

Horrendous experience. I unfortunately could not give it ZERO star rating. When I ordered I ordered for next day delivery for last minute gift. It didn’t come so their advertising when I purchased was incorrect. I received it the following day! As it was late I returned the same day 21/10/2025 which was the most horrible experience. I was initially given one QR code to return a 3 item bundle. The post office advised me I needed 3 so I spent a further 2 1/2 hrs trying to get to generate all 3 codes so I could return immediately as the items in the bundle were very heavy and I didn’t want to bring them home again…
A few days later I called them regarding my refund and they said they had received all items and I verified this on dpd site and they should refund. Today is the 06/11/2025 and after numerous calls, emails, tweets and a ticket number that they said has been escalated to their financial dept I still have not received a refund. No replies to my emails. They asked me to join them in DM’s and apologised but now absolutely noooo communication or resolution. All I want is my money back as I rightfully deserve. I’ve had to escalate this with my bank as I believe especially after looking at the reviews here(wish I had done so prior to ordering)! This operation I believe is a total scam. I thought I was ordering direct from a reputable company however their customer service and lies to delay paying me shows me otherwise. NEVER EVER order from these cowboys. Lies, misleading to clearly get out money and keep it for themselves.

Terrible Customer Service with refunds

Horrible customer service! It took me over a week to receive a return label to return an attachment that did not fit the system that I purchased. I received a confirmation that the item was received about 10 days after it was returned. I was told that I would receive a refund in 2-5 days. Over 2 weeks now & I have not received a refund. Every time I call they say that they can see that it has been received and to give it 48 business hours.

Run!

Run! Bought a ninja foodi XL air fryer (DT201). It died right after our warranty ended. The customer service was actually considerate and sent us a replacement. We received that nearly a year ago and guess what, its doing to the same thing now. So you spend HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS on an oven for it to die within a year RIGHT AFTER the warranty ends. I have a family member that got an air fryer 7+ years ago and its still working. They must be desperate for money so they make their products ready to break. They survive off making their customers keep buying new products. The most they can do is give 30% off. I said why would I even waste my money when your product is just going to die again after a short period of time. This company needs to be shut down.

This company does not deserve one star…

This company does not deserve one star returned a item end sept they received it 2/10/25 and still no refund despite constant promises
I have all the documentation their receipt of return over£300 I am now going to raise a claim through my credit card

Discount scam

Discount scam! They told me if I signed up for the newsletter I would get a 10% discount but it was never credited to my purchase. There's a reason why this company has such terrible reviews I really wish they would get their act together and stand by their word

App is worthless

Every single time I open the app it wants me to relog into an account of which it doesn't recognize me. I have to then reset a password which I already knew and shouldn't have had to reset, then I have to reset up and Link my robot every single time. It's absolutely ridiculous. I will never buy another one of their products again and I recommend you don't either. While it might work if you physically hit clean on the robot. The app is pointless, worthless, and serves zero purpose.

So I bought a Shark robot vacuum from…

So I bought a Shark robot vacuum from Walmart. After 3 months, it broke. I tried to contact the seller on Walmart.com but never got a response. So, I contacted Shark Ninja, and they troubleshooted the problem and said it was a faulty part and ordered a replacement. The new part came in, and I replaced it, but it still didn't work. I called them back and they said they would send me another one. They even said I could send the broken one back free of charge, and I would get a new one. Mind you, they never said I would get the new one after I returned the broken one. So I returned the broken one the next day, and it arrived on Oct 10th. I still have not received the replacement one. So I called, and they said once they get the broken one, they will ship out the new one. I told them it was delivered on Oct 10th, and they told me that they don't have it. I don't know what is going on, but I am getting really tired of all these shenanigans.

Ultimate Disappointment

Originally, my experience with Shark Ninja was excellent. I had purchased a DualBrew coffee maker in which the k-pod adapter failed. After speaking with customer support, it was determined that the best route would be to send me a new coffee maker. The replacement product had the same issue right out of the gate - the coffee maker was not registering the k-pod adapter, rendering the feature useless. I contacted Shark Ninja again, and they sent me another replacement coffee maker. This one worked... but inevitably, the k-pod adapter failed just like the previous two units.

When I called Shark Ninja's customer support line, they said that due to the fact that my originally purchased item was out of warranty (by 3 months) all they could offer me was a 30% discount on another product, but that I should consider looking into other coffee maker brands. What company tells customers to buy from rival businesses?! Guaranteed, I am not the first person who has encountered this issue with the DualBrew model. They continued to send me replacement products KNOWING the model was defective.

Needless to say, I will listen to their employees advice and take my business elsewhere.

absolute bad product and worse service

We bought a cordless vacuum and the battery went dead almost immediately. I ordered a replacement, then the whole unit fell apart. Still under warranty I called. they said they would send a new one. it never showed up, I called back, now they want photos which I sent, they said they would send a new one..... they didnt. I called again..... they wanted serial numbers, photos and a video. they said my new one was coming..... you guessed it nope. I called again then they wanted me to send my old one back. I finally actually got a confirmation it was received. Then radio silence nothing.... I called again today. first they had no record of me EVER calling! Then they said they needed proof I sent the vacuum (apparently their own confirmation number of receipt was not enough) thank goodness i had taken a photo of the item packed up and kept my own shipping number!... all of a sudden now they say it is being sent to me tomorrow. I will believe it when I see it. months now and multiple calls for a few hundred dollar return. I will never buy one of their products again. they used to be a decent company now it is just off shore junk, bad customer service and with no integrity! I am now going to be researching North American made products and family businesses I can support. Shark will never see another penny from me.

They sent me a product replacement for a £279 hairdryer that was a different model. Cheaper, they are poor at customer service hence this poor trustpilot score.

It is appalling and is a fraud

It is appalling. I ordered two appliances. Never received them even though Ninja sent me many emails asking me how I am enjoying the new products. Tracked their order status online and it always said it'd be delivered tomorrow. They took full payment from me since the order date. Did not receive anything for 2 weeks at which point I called their customer service who told me one of the products is out of stock. After a long frustrating conversation, I cancelled the order, asking them to send me a confirmation of the cancellation and then confirmation of the refund date. I never received the confirmation email. I have not received the refund either and it has been another 2 weeks since the call.

Essentially they took my money with a false promise of delivering the products, never actually delivered them, did not say anything about refunds until I called them and it is looking like I won't receive the refund until I chase multiple times. I will be disputing this charge through my credit card company. Really a disgrace.

Never received the product

I bought a Shark Ninja hair dryer initial order # 125006299203 as a gift for my niece, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. After a 15-day delay, I was informed that the original order had been lost and that I would receive a replacement by order 125006350074. Since my niece doesn’t live in the U.S., I specifically asked for the shipment to be delivered before October 3rd, and I was assured it would be possible.
However, the package has been sitting in Texas with no progress, and now the delivery date has been changed to October 4th—which I am not even sure will be met. I am traveling today without the gift I intended to bring, which is unacceptable.
I also tried multiple times to contact customer service asking for a refund, but they keep insisting that since the product has already been shipped, this is not possible. This is simply unbelievable.
This shows a complete lack of attention and commitment from the company. It was my first time purchasing from Shark Ninja’s website, and it will certainly be the last. Truly a terrible experience.

Customer service terrible no complaints process

I have several shark and ninja products in my home, they portray themselves as a company of quality.
I always find the best was to test that is when things turn bad. I can see by the amount of 1 star reviews here that A) customer are NOT happy and B) SharkNinja are doing nothing to rectify this.
I had a great experience with Nespresso, failed unit they use a parcel company to deliver a new core product swapped the water reservoir and tray, done. Great service. SharkNinja terrible. Failed doublestack XL, you have to ship it back to them(which means buying a box) you have to wait for them to receive it (7 days if you are lucky) they need to the inspect it (7 days if you are lucky) ship a replacement (again 7 days if you are lucky) still waiting for mine.
NOT a great experience and makes me think why buy from them if they are not listening to so many negative review and changing.
I hope potential buyers read these before buying and think of alternative that offer better customer experience.
I tried logging a complaint, got a complaint number, but they do nothing with it other than "document it"
