I have several shark ninja items and have always been impressed with speedy delivery not this time....I am told because we are on holiday it will take 3 to 5 working days, it is the 3rd of Jan and I am unaware that it is a holiday in England. Just placatory bullsh*t from their useless customer service reps....just dreadful service I have asked them to cancel the order but as yet they haven't, she basically refused to cancel and told me to refuse delivery...why it hasn't been dispatched yet, why is she wasting the company she works for money, she thinks its ok to allow it to leave the factory....and I have ordered a Vax from amazon....at least it will turn up ....I will never buy from shark ninja again....utter scoundrels
Will not be purchasing another Ninja product - EVER!!
I own numerous Ninja Kitchen Products (Foodie Air Fryer, Toaster/Panini Maker, Kettle, numerous saucepans, Knife Block and Sharpener Set, Steak knife set, Food Processor/Blender, etc., etc.) and have thus spent a small fortune with this company to date - but no more!!
In addition to saucepans that have the non-stick coatings bubbling up and peeling off despite having been hand-washed only (in fairness all have been replaced under warranty, but it's still a hassle!) I now have a faulty kettle which not only turns itself off far too soon and prior to reaching the chosen temperature, but the blue light that used to light up the water level gauge no longer works!
I first reported this to Customer Services approximately three weeks or so ago now and was originally sent a replacement base unit which I was told would solve the issues (but only after arguing with the Customer Services Rep that I was not going to be without a kettle for weeks, after he originally refused to send out the replacement base without having received the faulty kettle back first!!).
Needless to say, this replacement base did not resolve the issue!
I reported this latest issue to Ninja who asked that I return the base unit and once received they would send me out a replacement kettle. They also explained that the black replacement I wanted was out of stock and would be back in stock in around three weeks time.
So today, three weeks later, I called back to get my replacement kettle sent out only to be told that they were 'again out of stock' due to their 'Black Friday Deals' and they would be 'back in stock in another couple of weeks' and I would have to call back again!
This time however I was told that I would receive an email once 'back in stock' and would have to call in again to reorder the replacement.
Firstly, why was I not told this the first time I reported the faulty base unit and secondly I now have to wait a further 2 weeks or so (i.e. 5+ weeks overall) before I can now get a replacement.
Absolutely unimpressed and will never purchase another Ninja Product again!
Your Customer Service concerning warranty claims is not only appalling in this instance but total unacceptable!
UPDATE:
Received email at 11.17am today saying Black Kettle now back in stock. Called 'Customer Services' and was told that a Black replacement would now be sent out together with an emailed Postage Paid Label to return the faulty one it was replacing.
Email then subsequently received confirming order for a STAINLESS STEEL KETTLE and NO RETURN LABEL!!!
Called back AGAIN to query why the wrong order was now being sent and the first person I spoke to cut me off (couldn't be ar*sed to deal with it obviously!!).
Called back AGAIN, only to now be told that the Black Kettle is 'out of stock'!!!!???
W T F!!!???
Losing the will to live now (and if a stainless steel kettle does now arrive I certainly won't be returning it until AFTER I have received the correct kettle to replace my faulty one!)
ADDITIONAL UPDATE:
Rec'd email to say that delivery would be today between 5.00pm and 6.00pm.
Further email rec'd to say item was delivered at 17.10 and signed for by 'SE' (not only is there no-one with those initials in my household but neither is there anyone with them IN THE WHOLE STREET!!)
Called DPD to be told that the parcel was delivered at 17:10 but BACK TO THE SHARK NINJA DEPOT!!!!!!

Called customer services YET AGAIN only to be told that they would send out another black kettle this time (as they were back in stock) which should be here within the next 48 hours (so we will wait and see!?!)

Just purchased the af500uk air fryer
Just purchased the af500uk air fryer . Unpacked it , put it on the worktop and when you open the drawer it slides across the worktop. Because it hasn’t been put together properly the rubber feet don’t touch the worktop making the appliance dangerous. Then trying to get through to a non existent customer service . Terrible won’t be buying ninja products again and will get a refund

Ordered some spares, email within an hours saying parts had been dispatched by Royal Mail 48 hour. A week later, no delivery. Have now contacted shark 4 times and had zero response. Appalling customer service, use at your own risk. Will be pursuing my card issuer for a refund.

I wanted to leave a review for this company ,as I order a new vacuum yesterday.After the order, I read all the bad reviews and was hoping I didn’t experience the same.I just want to say Thank-you so much for excellent service.I order Saturday afternoon, and received my vacuum on Sunday afternoon.I was kept informed throughout on the progress of my order and again on delivery details. I have not experienced your customer care service but 5 stars for the service I have received.

Ordered 2 items- next day delivery posted on website, payment taken almost immediately.Only1 item arrived next day so contacted the helpline. Was told stocks were low but it should arrive in a day or so. Contacted them again 3 days later to be told the item was out of stock so I would be refunded in 5 days and given a discount code- which isn't accepted when trying to order. Not impressed
No good delivered, no convincing reasons. Cancellation is difficult.

Unimpressed, placed order, passed the age verification but failed Ninjas own I’d verification and order was cancelled. I was told to order elsewhere! We have 7 different Ninja variants that my wife has ordered direct (at least 2 of them) and used the warranty service on one of them so no reason other than me wanting to take advantage of an offer price. No reasonable excuse when I challenged customer services

Ninja asking me for a review
Ninja asking me for a review, what a joke. Never received the knife bundle set as ninja cancelled for no apparent reason and now have to wait for refund. When i questioned why they could not tell me. I did purchase these knives over a weekend when they had a special discount of 20% off. I cannot comment on the knives but customer service is poor, i received several emails all from different people and last email person informed me i would still get at same price still waiting.
Wonderful customer service (and great vacuum cleaner)
My wonderful Shark vacuum cleaner stopped working after 2.5 years use (brush bar stopped rotating). I did the online troubleshooting check, which told me to phone customer service, which I did. An actual phone number, answered promptly! After phone video confirmation of the problem, the customer service lady said she would get a replacement floor head shipped, but then saw that the model has been discontinued so said she would send a new vacuum cleaner of the nearest equivalent model. All free of charge under the 5-year warrantee. The replacement is just as good as the original (with the slight disappointment that there's no light on the handle, which was really useful when vacuuming cobwebs off ceilings) - it's the corded large-capacity upright vacuum with anti-hairwrap technology, which is brilliant at removing pet hair (and my hair) from our carpets. Very impressed, and would give them 6 stars if I could. I wish all companies were as good to deal with!
Badly designed handle on the Crisper Plate - Dangerous
I bought the AF400 Air Fryer from John Lewis, Newcastle-upon-Tyne. The 2 x Crisper Plates are awkward to remove. The handles have sharp ends which can cut fingers whilst attempting to remove them.

The only criticism is the first auto generated reply should not have been sent, rather a short message to inform you that the form is in the system and will be replied to……………………….Original review (Awful ‘Customer service’. I read all the useful information on the Shark Ninja help pages re a missing delivery and decided to contact the customer service team via the online form. Spent some time writing a description of the issue and included screen shots of the order details and Royal Mail delivery status. Very quickly received a reply which I initially thought was excellent service. It turned out to be a generic email detailing what to expect from a DPD delivery, all of which I could have read on the help pages…………..Whilst writing this email I have received another reply telling me it is better and quicker to phone the helpline, so I am about to give that a go. My advice would be don’t waste your time filling and submitting a form, unless you like talking to Bots.)

Dear me. This company is quite difficult to deal with. Initially sent out wrong items. Contacted them and was told someone would call to collect and hand over the correct items. They collected but didn't hand over the correct items. Finally received through the post and when I opened a few days later there was only one item in the packet instead of 2. I contacted them about this and they did send out the other item which I have now received but the whole thing was time-consuming and error upon error. They have a freephone number and always seem to be eager to sort your problem though when they attempt to do so another error seems to occur. 1 star for eventual resolution of problem. 1 star for the freephone no. and 1 star that they were helpful and attempted to make me feel at ease.
Order never arrived
I ordered a grill rack for my ninja foodi 2 weeks ago and still no sign of it. Customer service is useless and I had to get a refund from PayPal. Buy from Amazon, its a lot quicker and easier.

5 weeks now and still waiting…
Three weeks after placing my order, I am still waiting for an update as to where it is. No communication from ninja apart from asking me to rate or review the products I haven’t received repeatedly. Items are supposedly out of stock eternally. When I called customer service last week, 2 weeks after placing (and paying for) the items, I was told they had raised a ticket for the warehouse and I would get a call back - unsurprisingly I’m still waiting another week later. The advisor told me there was stock then changed her mind and said she’d made a mistake as my order was a Black Friday deal. Her only suggestion then was a refund. Apparently she then raised it with the escalation team who she said would contact me within 48 hours but a week later they haven’t made contact either. I have no idea if of when I can expect to receive my items and zero confidence in ninja or their customer services. Beyond disappointed. I’ll never order from ninja again and have told everyone I know how terrible the service is.
Another 2 weeks passed and still only the standard comms once to say it’s out of stock. Talk about over promise and under deliver….
